Մոսկվայի դատարանը քննելու է Լեւոն Հայրապետյանի գործը

Մոսկվայի Զամոսկվորեչյան դատարանը հունվարի 18-ին ձեռնամուխ կլինի ձեռնարկատեր Լեւոն Հայրապետյանի նկատմամբ քրեական գործի ըստ էության քննելուն` խարդախության մեղադրանքով, որը կապված է նախկին սենատոր Իգոր Իզմեստեւի մորից 700 հազար դոլար ստանալու հետ, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով ՏԱՍՍ-ին:
Լեւոն Հայրապետյանը մեղադրվում Է ՌԴ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 159 հոդվածի չորրորդ մասով նախատեսված հանցագործություն (խարդախություն) կատարելու մեջ: Հետաքննության տվյալներով՝ 2010 թվականի հունիսից մինչեւ օգոստոս Հայրապետյանը, փաստաբան Սերգեյ Անտոնովի հետ համատեղ «խաբեության եւ վստահության չարաշահման ճանապարհով մոլորության մեջ Է գցել Մոսկվայի բնակչուհուն՝ խոստանալով դրամական վարձատրության դիմաց հասնել նրա որդու նկատմամբ ավելի մեղմ դատավճռի կայացման»: Դրա դիմաց Հայրապետյանը նրանից դրամական միջոցներ Է ստացել 700 հազար դոլարի չափով: Իրականում Հայրապետյանը հնարավորություն չի ունեցել ազդելու տվյալ դատավճռի վրա:
Լեւոն Հայրապետյանը ձերբակալվել Է 2014 թվականի հուլիսին նախկին սենատոր Իգոր Իզմեստեւի խոստովանական ցուցմունքներից հետո, որը ցմահ բանտարկության Է դատապարտված առանձնապես ծանր մի շարք հանցագործություններ կատարելու համար:
