Ադրբեջանը լկտիանում է ոչ թե օրեցօր, այլ ժամ առ ժամ։ Բազմաթիվ պահանջներ ներկայացնելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը և հասկանալով, որ գործող իշխանություններն այնքան թուլամորթ և անողնաշար են, որ պատրաստ են կատարել բոլոր պահանջները՝ միայն թե հասնեն իրենց բաղձալի, ամեն գնով խաղաղությանը, Ադրբեջանը նորանոր պահանջներ է առաջ քաշում։

Պարտադրելով գնալ Սահմանադրության ամբողջական փոփոխության և Սահմանադրության նախաբանից Հայաստանի ծննդյան վկայականը, Անկախության հռչակագիրը հեռացնելուն՝ այժմ էլ ոտնձգում են այլ պետական կարևոր փաստաթղթերի նկատմամբ։ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հատուկ հանձնարարությունների դեսպան Էլչին Ամիրբեկովը հարցազրույց է տվել և նշել, թե Բաքուն խնդիրներ է տեսնում նաև Հայաստանի ընդունած այլ փաստաթղթերում։ Օրինակ, մատնանշել է այն վերապահումները, որ Հայաստանի Գերագույն խորհուրդն ընդունել էր Ալմա-Աթայի հռչակագիրը վավերացնելիս։

Հիշեցնենք՝ հենց այդ հռչակագիրն է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անընդհատ մատնանշում տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ճանաչելու իր հայտարարություններում։ 1992 թվականին Գերագույն խորհուրդը 10 վերապահում էր ընդունել, առաջարկել էր օրինակ, միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությանը ճանաչելու մասին հոդվածը վերաշարադրել ու տեքստում ամրագրել նաև ազգերի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը։ Այ հենց այդ վերապահումն է, որ ադրբեջանցիների մոտ լուրջ մտավախություն է առաջացրել։

Ադրբեջանցի պաշտոնյան վիճահարույց կետեր է տեսնում Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական կայքում, որտեղ նշվում է, թե Արցախը Պատմական Հայաստանի անբաժանելի մասն է, խնդիրներ են տեսնում նաև Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան ներկայացրած հայցերում, հայտարարում են, թե իբր այնտեղ էլ տարածքային նկրտումներ կան։

Փաստացի, Ադրբեջանի ոտնձգություններն այլևս պատմության դեմ են, չեն ցանկանում, որպեսզի հայ ժողովուրդն ամրագրի, որ Արցախը Պատմական Հայաստանի անբաժանելի մասն է եղել, նույնիսկ, հայաթափելով հինգ հազարամյա Արցախը, այսօր փորձում են վերացնել դրա պատմական հետքը, իսկ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները ձկան նման լուռ են և ջայլամի պես թաքցրել են իրենց գլուխը, նման դեպքում, հիշեցնենք, ինչ-որ մարմնի այլ մաս դուրս է մնում։
