Փաշինյանը բացատրել է, թե ինչու՞ են կրճատվում Մեղրիի և Վարդենիսի պետական կառույցները

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ այցելել է Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայություն՝ քննարկելու վերջինիս 2023 թ. գործունեության հաշվետվությունը։ Այս մասին հայտնում են վարչապետի աշխատակազմից։
Փաշինյանն՝ ըստ ներկայացված քարտեզի, անդրադարձել է ՄՔԾ տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների օպտիմալացմանը և նշել.
«Սա մեր օպտիմալացման քարտեզն է։ Կարմիր կետերն օպտիմալացվում են, կապույտ կետերը պահպանվում են։ Եվ սա ինչի՞ է կարևոր, որովհետև շատ շահարկումներ կան հիմա էլ կապված այս պրոցեսի հետ։
Երբ Մեղրիի դատարանն էր օպտիմալացվում, քաղաքական շահարկումների տեղիք էր տալիս, հիմա էլ մեր որոշ գործընկերներ նույնն անում են Վարդենիսի հետ կապված։ Հիմա ես ուզում եմ այս քարտեզը բոլորը տեսնեն։ Վայք, Արարատ, Նոր Հաճըն, այսինքն` մենք ունենք Սյունիքի մարզում, Վայոց ձորի մարզում, Գեղարքունիքի մարզում, գործնականում բոլոր տեղերում ունենք օպտիմալացում, Երևան քաղաքում էլ, և ես՝ ինչպես Արդարադատության նախարարությունում դատարանի դեպքում ասացի, որ չի կարելի այդ շահարկումների հետևանքով մեր բարեփոխումների գործընթացները կանգնեցնել։
ՆԳ նախարարի հետ այս թեմայով քննարկում ենք ունեցել և գիտեմ՝ գաղափար կա, որ այս օպտիմալացման պրոցեսում և մինչև թվայնացման գործընթացների մեկնարկը եթե տեսնենք՝ իրոք խնդրահարույց պահեր կան, որոշակի գրաֆիկով շրջիկ գրասենյակներ կունենանք մեր բոլոր մարզերում կամ համայնքներում:
Արդեն դա աշխատանքի կազմակերպման հարց է, որպեսզի հասանելի լինի, բայց ընդհանուր առմամբ, մեր ռազմավարական պատկերացումը վերաբերում է թվայնացմանը։ Ընդհանրապես, մարդն ինչի՞ պիտի այսպիսի գործառնությունների համար հերթ կանգնի, իր տնից, կամ իր աշխատավայրից պետք է կարողանա գործընթացն իրականացնել։
Եվ նաև այս ծրագիրը մենք ինչո՞ւ ենք իրականացնում, սա վկայությունն է, որ նախ հավատում ենք և վճռական ենք, որ պետք է թվայնացումն իրականացնենք։ Հետդարձի ճանապարհ չկա, և մենք պետք է գնանք ու անպայման այս գործառույթն իրականացնենք»։
