Ադրբեջանում մեծ շուքով մեկնարկած ընտրական գործընթացներն ավարտվեցին և Իլհամ Ալիևը հերթական անգամ ընտրվեց նախագահի պաշտոնում:

Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը․

«Ինչպես նախորդ դեպքերում, ընտրություններն ուղեկցվեցին մամուլի, քաղաքական ակտիվություն դրսևորվող անձանց նկատմամբ մեծ ճնշումներով, հետապնդումներով և ստեղծվեց այնպիսի իրավիճակ, որի պայմաններում ընտրություններում առաջադրվեցին բացառապես նախօրոք «նշանակված» թեկնածուները:

Ընտրությունների ամենագարշելի տեսարանը` բուն ընտրությունների օրը, Ալիևի ընտանեկան լուսանկարներն էին Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահական նստավայրից, որն այդ օրը ընտրական տեղամասի էր վերածվել:

Այս ընտրությունների ինտրիգը, բնականաբար, ոչ թե նրանում էր, թե ո՞վ կընտրվի, որովհետև ամեն ինչ պարզ էր, այլ այն, թե ինչո՞ւ է իր պաշտոնավարման ժամկետի ավարտից 1.5 տարի շուտ Ալիևը գնում արտահերթ ընտրությունների ճանապարհով:

Եթե համախմբենք հիմնական կարծիքներն ու դիտարկումները, ապա պատկերը մոտավոր հետևյալն է:

1. Իլհամ Ալիևն այս հանգրվանային փուլում, երբ ամբողջական վերահսկողություն է հաստատել Արցախի և որոշ ուղղություններով ՀՀ տարածքների նկատմամբ, փորձում է կապիտալիզացնել ձեռք բերածը:

2. Ալիևը մտահոգություն կամ կասկածներ է ունեցել, որ հերթական ընտրությունների նախաշեմին, արտաքին միջամտությամբ, ներքաղաքական խնդրահարույց պրոցեսներ կգեներացվեն և հրատապ արտահերթ ընտրություններ նշանակելով հնարավորություն չտվեց գործընթացներ «եփել»:

3. Ադրբեջանից հնչող կոշտ հռետորաբանությունն ու Հայաստան-Ադրբեջանական բանակցային գործընթացի կիսափակուղային/փակուղային վիճակը մեծացրել է նոր մարտական գործողությունների հավանականությունը և նոր նախաձեռնությունից առաջ, Ալիևը փորձում է ընդգծել իր բարձր լեգիտիմությունը:

Բնականաբար դիտարկելի են նաև այլ պատճառներ, սակայն մեկ բան ակնհայտ է` Ադրբեջանը պատրաստվում է նոր խոշոր գործընթացների:

Թե ո՞ր ուղղությամբ այդ պրոցեսները կշարժվեն, կհաջողվի՞ Ալիևին, թե՞ ոչ, դա դեռ խորը քննարկման թեմա է` պայմանավորված մեծ թվով գործոններով և առաջին հերթին նրանով, թե առաջիկայում միջազգային դերակատարների դիմակայությունը ի՞նչ հետևանքներ կունենա և մեր տարածաշրջանում ինչպիսի՞ «մանյովրի» դաշտ կամ հնարավորություն կբացի»:
