Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև կարգավորման գործընթացում Ռուսաստանի դերն այլընտրանք չունի, այդ դերակատարումը շատ մեծ է և բացառիկ. այս մասին «Ռոսիա 24» հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը։
Նա ընդգծել է, որ հենց ՌԴ-ի և դրա ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Պուտինի միջնորդական ջանքերի արդյունքում է հնարավոր եղել դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները 2020-ի նոյեմբերին և 2023-ի սեպտեմբերին:
Գալուզինը հիշեցրել է, որ ՌԴ-ի հովանու ներքո են մշակվել ռուս-հայ-ադրբեջանական պայմանավորվածությունները՝ կարգավորման գործընթացի հետագա քայլերի շուրջ:
«Այսօր մեր առջև առաջադրանք կա՝ օգնել մեր գործընկերներին՝ Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին, դուրս գալ հաշտեցման և խաղաղ փոխգործակցության կայուն ուղու վրա, օգնել ստեղծել փոխըմբռնման և վստահության մթնոլորտ, որպեսզի տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակը լինի կայուն և խաղաղ: Այս համատեքստում մենք առաջնային նշանակություն ենք տալիս եռակողմ պայմանավորվածությունների իրականացմանը: Պետք է ասեմ, որ այս հարցում մենք մեր հայ և ադրբեջանցի գործընկերների հետ լուրջ հաջողությունների ենք հասել կարգավորման շատ ոլորտներում»,- ասել է Գալուզինը:
