Սխտորը մաքրեք և մանր կտրատեք: Թողեք սխտորը մնա 10 րոպե սենյակային ջերմաստիճանում: Սխտորն ու կիտրոնը լցրեք բլենդերի մեջ և հարեք: Հիշեք, որ կիտրոններից միայն 2-ը պետք է կեղևազատել բլենդերի մեջ ավելացնելուց առաջ: Դրանից հետո ավելացրեք կտավատի յուղն ու մեղրը, կրկին լավ խառնեք: Ստացված խառնուրդը լցրեք ապակե տարայի մեջ և ամուր ծածկեք կափարիչով: Խառնուրդը պահեք սառնարանի վերևի դարակում:
