Shamshyan-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հերթական մի ամբողջ զենք-զինամթերքի բացահայտում են կատարել Արարատի մարզի ոստիկանները։

Փետրվարի 5-ին ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Արարատ քաղաքի բնակիչներից մեկը իր սեփական տան նկուղում զենք-զինամթերք է պահում։

Ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները՝ վարչության պետ Ս․ Ռուստամյանի, վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Արմեն Նավասարդյանի և ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության և համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքների ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Ֆ․ Ստեփանյանի գլխավորությամբ համագործակցելով Հայաստանի Քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վեդիի քննչական բաժնի քննիչների հետ մեկնում են այդ քաղաքացու բնակության վայր։ Մինչ այդ քննչական բաժնի քննիչը նախաձեռնում է  քրեական վարույթ և քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում դիմում է Արարատի և Վայոց ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան, խնդրելով, որպեսզի դատարանը խուզարկության թույլատվություն տա, ինչը դատարանը բավարարում է։

Ոստիկաններն ու  քննիչները ժամանում են այդ քաղաքացու տուն ու տեղում պարզվում է, որ ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնում ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունները հավաստի էին։ Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ 44-ամյա Կարեն Ա․-ի տան նկուղում հայտնաբերվում է մի ամբողջ «արսենալ» և այն անվտանգ վայր տեղափոխելու համար ոստիկանությունը դիմում է ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության սակրավորներին, ովքեր գալով նշված վայր այդ ամենը անվտանգ վնասազերծում են։ Կարեն Ա․-ն քննիչի որոշմամբ ձերբակալվում և տեղափոխվում է ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնի ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր։ Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով Կարեն Ա․-ն նախկինում ծառայել է ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունում, կոչումով գնդապետ է, իսկ նրա տան նկուղում հայտնաբերված տրատիլները եթե պայթեին, մի ամբողջ թաղամաս հավասարվելու էր հողին։ Այս դեպքում կարելի է ասել ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզային վարչության, ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնի ծառայողների օպերատիվ, ճիշտ ու պրոֆեսիոնալ աշատանքը տվեց իր արդյունքը։

Աղբյուրի տեղեկություններով Կարեն Ա․-ի տան նկուղում հայտնաբերվել է 1 արկղ՝ 37 հատ տրատիլ, 1 տուփ էլեկտրոդետոնատր, 2 ծխախոտի տուփով էլեկտրոդետոնատր, 7 հատ լուցկի, 1 տուփ փամփուշտ՝ 20 հատ, 6 հատ լուսաձայնային փամփուշտ, 30 հատ փուստ փամփուշտ, 20 հատ պայթուցիչ, 2 բահ, 1 պլանշետ, 1 հատ ջրի տարա, 3 հատ ծխաքողարկիչ, 8 հատ կրակատար քուշ։
