Վրացական կողմը սահմանափակում չի կիրառում հայ վարորդների նկատմամբ, մեքենայում տեղադրված 2-րդ բաքը պետք է գործարանային լինի․ մաքսային կցորդ

Հայ բեռնափոխադրողները հերթական խնդրին են բախվել Վերին Լարսում, այս անգամ վրացական կողմում է հարցեր ծագել։
«Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գառնիկ Դանիելյանն ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է, որ վարորդներն ահազանգում են, թե վրացական կողմին սկսել է դուր չգալ, երբ հայկական բեռնատարները լիցքավորված են լինում 500 լիտր դիզվառելիքից ավելի։ Վարորդները կամ տուգանվում են, կամ զգուշացվում են։ Շատ հաճախ, հարմարություններից ելնելով՝ բեռնատարները երկու բաք են ունենում, և դիզվառելիքը գերազանցում է 1000 լիտրը։
ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանության մաքսային կցորդ Վահան Հակոբյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում պարզաբանեց, որ վրացական կողմը որևէ սահմանափակում չի կիրառում հայ վարորդների նկատմամբ։
Նրա փոխանցմամբ՝ Վրաստանի օրենքների համաձայն՝ նախորդ տարվանից նոր իրավակարգավորումներով արգելվում է լրացուցիչ վառելիքային բաք տեղադրված մեքենաների մուտքը երկիր, երբ այն գործարանային չէ։
Վահան Հակոբյանը հայտնեց, երբ գործարանային լրացուցիչ վառելիքային բաքով մեքենաներ են մտնում Վրաստան, տուգանում են և հետ են ուղարկում, բայց այն միայն հայ վարորդներին չի վերաբերվում, այլ բոլորի նկատմամբ է կիրառվում՝ անգամ վրացի վարորդներին են տուգանվում։
ՌԴ-ում ՀՀ դեսպանության մաքսային կցորդը, սակայն չգիտի, թե քանի հայկական բեռնատար է Վրաստանի սահմանից Հայաստան վերադարձել։
Վահան Հակոբյանն աշխատում է ռուսական կողմի հետ, բայց ծագած խնդիրը կարգավորելու համար վրացի գործընկերների հետ կապ է հաստատել և պարզաբանումներ խնդրել։
«Այն բեռնատարները, որոնք գործարանային 2 բաքով էին մտնում երկիր, խնդիրներ կային և վրացական կողմը չէր կարողանում ապացույցներ գտնել, որ դրանց երկրորդ բաքը տեղադրված է և տուգանում էին։ Պայմանավորվել ենք վրացական կողմի հետ, եթե հայ վարորդները կարողանան փաստաթուղթ ներկայացնել, որ 2-րդ բաքը գործարանային տեղադրման է, այդ դեպքում Վրաստանը խնդիր չի ստեղծում և թողնում է մեքենաններն անցնեն»,- ներկայացրեց նա։
Խնդրի հետ կապված մաքսային կցորդը նաև ասաց, որ հայ վարորդները, երբեմն, լրացուցիչ բաք են ավելացնում մեքենայում, որպեսզի կարողանան դրա մեջ Վրաստանից էժան վառելիք բերեն Հայաստան և իրենց ծախսերը կրճատեն։
«Վրաստանն ասում է՝ անվտանգային խնդիրներ կան, և եթե լրացուցիչ բաքն արտոնված չէ, գործարանային չէ, թույլ չեն տալիս, որ լիքը բաքերով մտնեն երկիր։ Եթե հայ վարորդը փաստաթուղթ ցույց տա, որ 2-րդ բաքն օրինական է, գործարանային է, կարող է անարգել անցնել ճանապարհը»,- մանրամասնեց նա։
