ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալությունը 1 միլիոն դոլարի լրացուցիչ աջակցություն է տրամադրում ԼՂ-ից տեղահանված անձանց

ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալությունը 1 միլիոն դոլարի լրացուցիչ աջակցություն է տրամադրում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված անձանց․ այդ օգնության շնորհիվ, ԼՂ-ից տեղահանված 19,300 անձ առաջնային մարդասիրական օգնություն կստանա ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ-ի ֆինանսավորմամբ գործող «Սոցիալական պաշտպանություն, ներառում և հզորացում» ծրագրի միջոցով, որն իրականացնում է «Դիմոքրըսի Ինթերնեյշնլ» կազմակերպությունը։
Այս մասին հայտնում են Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունից:
Նախաձեռնության պաշտոնական մեկնարկը տրվել է հունվարի 31-ին՝ Երևանի Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջանում կայացած միջոցառմամբ, որի ընթացքում բռնի տեղահանված անձինք ստացել են սնունդ և հիգիենայի պարագաներ։ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալ Աննա Ժամակոչյանն ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ/Հայաստանի առաքելության փոխտնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Մեթյու Լեյրդի և «Դիմոքրըսի Ինթերնեյշնլ»-ի հայաստանյան գրասենյակի տնօրեն Լիզբեթ Զոնեվելդի հետ մասնակցել է միջոցառմանը։
Աննա Ժամակոչյանն այցի ընթացքում ընդգծել է․ «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից մեր հայրենակիցները 2023–ի սեպտեմբերին հաշված օրերի ընթացքում բռնի տեղահանվելով հայտնվեցին իրենց կյանքն ու գործունեությունը վերսկսելու մարտահրավերի առաջ։ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը և բազմաթիվ անհատներ աջակցեցին նրանց առաջնային կեցության և ապրուստի միջոցներ հոգալու հարցում։
Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից տեղահանվածները շարունակում են պետական դրամական աջակցություն ստանալ նաև ձմեռվա ամիսներին։ Բոլոր այս պետական ծրագրերում մեր կողքին մեր տեղական և միջազգային գործընկերներն են, ինչը կարևոր է, քանի որ բռնի տեղահանված ընտանիքին ժամանակ է պետք իր ինքնաբավ կեցությունը վերագտնելու համար»։
«Սոցիալական պաշտպանություն, ներառում և հզորացում» ծրագիրը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից տեղահանված անձանց տրամադրում է անհրաժեշտ մարդասիրական օգնություն՝ հիգիենայի պարագաներ, տաք հագուստ, պարենային և ոչ պարենային ապրանքներ ու այլ անհրաժեշտ պարագաներ: Աջակցության տրամադրումը մեկնարկել է 2023թ-ի դեկտեմբերին և կտևի 6 ամիս։
Աշխարհագրությունն ընդգրկում է Երևանը, Արարատի, Կոտայքի, Լոռու, Շիրակի, Սյունիքի և Տավուշի մարզերը։
