Փաշինյանի սահմանադրական դավադրությունը՝ ընդդեմ եկեղեցու

Օրեցօր նոր մանրամասներ են հայտնի դառնում Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը փոխելու հարցում՝ գործող իշխանությունների ձեռնարկած դավադրությունից։ Փաստացի, այսօր դիսկուրսը շրջանառվում է ընդամենը երկու հարցի վերաբերյալ. առաջին՝ Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի կողմից հնչեցված պահանջների՝ Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունից Անկախության հռչակագիրը հանելու, Թուրքիայի նկատմամբ ցեղասպանության ճանաչման պահանջի, Ադրբեջանի մասով էլ Արցախին վերաբերող դրույթների վերաբերյալ։
Օրերս հայտնել էինք, որ Փաշինյանը նաև ցանկանում է նոր Սահմանադրության նախագծում ամրագրել Հայաստանի արտադաշինքային կարգավիճակը։ Այս պահանջն էլ հնչեցվել է Արևմուտքից՝ Հայաստանի տարածքից 102-րդ ռուսական ռազմակայանը հեռացնելու անթաքույց նպատակով։ Փաստացի, Հայաստանից ռուսական զորքերի դուրս բերումը ձեռնտու է ոչ միայն Արևմուտքին, այլ նաև Ադրբեջանին և Թուրքիային։ Այդ իմաստով Հայաստանը քաղաքական առումով շատ ավելի թույլ է լինելու տարածաշրջանում, ուստի զարմանալի չէ, որ Ադրբեջանի բացահայտ պահանջներին ի պատասխան, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոսում է ալեգորիաներով՝ նշելով, թե գործող Սահմանադրությունը կարմիր հագուստ է հարևան ցլերի դիմաց։
ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ գործող վարչախումբը նաև Սահմանադրության մեջ ցանկանում է նսեմացնել որոշ ազգային ինստիտուտների դերը։ Գործող Սահմանադրության մեջ թեև Հայաստանն աշխարհիկ պետություն է ճանաչված, սակայն հստակ ամրագրվում է հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու գերակա դերն ու նշանակությունը հայ ժողովրդի կյանքում։ Առաջարկվելիք նախագծում, հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դոմինանտ դերի մասին որևէ հիշատակում չի լինելու։ Այս հանգամանքը փաշինյանական իշխանության համար էական նշանակություն ունի, առավել ևս, որ գործող իշխանությունը տևական ժամանակ աշխատում է հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու դեմ՝ փորձելով հնարավորինս նսեմացնել եկեղեցին և վարկաբեկել հոգևորականներին։
