ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը խուճապ է տարածում

Հայաստանում, ազգաբնակչության շրջանում խուճապ տարածելու գծով, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վարչախումբը լուրջ մրցակից ունի՝ Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունն է։ Դեսպանությունն իր աշխատակիցներին և ընտանիքներին խորհուրդ է տվել խուսափել Գեղարքունիքի, Սյունիքի, Արարատի մարզերում սահմանամերձ մի շարք բնակավայրեր ուղևորություններից, որոշ դեպքերում կանգառից։

Երեկ հրապարակված հաղորդագրությունում դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունը հորդորել է խուսափել հետևյալ ուղղություններից՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզում՝ Վարդենիսից արևելք, Սյունիքի մարզում՝ Գորիսից արևելք, Կապանից՝ հարավ ճամփորդություններից, Արարատի մարզի Երասխ գյուղով, ըստ դեսպանության, երթևեկությունը թույլատրված է, կանգառը՝ ոչ։ «ԱՄՆ քաղաքացիները պետք է շարունակեն զգուշավորություն դրսևորել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև բոլոր միջազգային սահմանների մերձակայքում։ Նկատի առեք, որ ճանապարհների որոշ հատվածներ կարող են հատել միջազգային սահմանները՝ առանց ծանուցման»,- ասված է դեսպանատան հայտարարության մեջ։

Նման մի հայտարարություն էլ դեսպանությունն արեց 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերին, իսկ օրեր անց սկսվեց 44-օրյա պատերազմը։ Այս հաղորդագրություններն ԱՄՆ դեսպանության համար ստանդարտ են և թարմացվում են տարվա մեջ մի քանի անգամ, սակայն յուրաքանչյուր նման պարագայում հանրությունը բավականին լուրջ խուճապի է մատնվում՝ ավանդույթի համաձայն կարծելով, որ ամերիկացիներն ինչ-որ բան գիտեն, որի մասին իրենց ոչինչ չեն տեղեկացնում։ Ի վերջո մի քանի ժամ անց Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատունը բարեհաճել է նոր պարզաբանում տարածել ֆեյսբուքյան էջի համար՝ նշելով, թե դեսպանությունը մեղմացրել է ուղևորությունների վերաբերյալ սահմանափակումներն աշխատակիցների համար, իսկ սահմանափակումների համեմատ վերջին զգուշացումները մեղմացված են։ Առնվազն տարօրինակ կլինի կարծել, թե ամերիկացիները չեն հասկանում իրենց արած քայլերի հետևանքները, ուստի, եթե չէին ցանկանում խուճապի մատնել հայ հասարակությանը, ապա կարող էին հենց այդպես էլ գրել իրենց ֆեյսբուքյան էջում, կամ պաշտոնական կայքում, փոխարենը նախընտրել են նոր սթրեսի մատնել՝ առանց այն էլ սթրեսի ենթարկված հայ բազմաչարչար ժողովրդին։
