40-ից ավելի բեռնատարներ չեն կարողանում տեղաշարժվել. պատճառը մերկասառույցն է

Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 1-ին, արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Լոռու մարզում:
Ինչպես տեղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, պատճառը որոշ ճանշինների թերի աշխատանքն է: Եթե Արագածոտնի մարզից դեպի Լոռու մարզ ամբողջ ճանապարհահատվածը մաքրած է և երթևեկությունը անվտանգ է, տեղի ճանշինները հսկայական աշխատանք են կատարել՝ ճանապարհները ձյան շերտից մաքրելով, մերկասառույց հատվածներում աղ ու ավազ լցնելով, ինչի շնորհիվ երթևեկությունը կարգավորված է, ապա Ստեփանավանի թունելի սկզբնաամասից դեպի Տաշիր մերկասառույց ճանապարհը դարձել է պատուհաս:
Երեկվանից նշված հատվածում շարունակում են ծառայություն կատարել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Լոռու գումարտակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արմեն Բեժանյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Արման Սուքիասյանի և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Փրկարար ծառայության Ստեփանավանի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատի փրկարարները, որպեսզի կուտակումներ տեղի չունենան:
Ա. Բեժանյանի հանձնարարականով՝ պարեկների մի խումբ Վանաձոր-Ստեփանավան ավտոճանապարհի թունելի սկզբնամասում են ծառայություն կատարում, մի մասն էլ Ստեփանավանից Վանաձոր՝ Գարգառ գյուղի վարչական տարածքում:
Այս պահին մոտ 40-ից ավելի բեռնատարների կուտակում կա, և որպեսզի բեռնատարների որոշ «վայ վարորդներ» կամակորություն չանեն ու մերկասառույց ճանապարհին վարորդների լեզվով ասած «մկրատ չլինի», պարեկները ամեն 20 րոպեն մեկ թույլատրում են, որպեսզի 15 բեռնատար անցնի և փոքր մարդատար ավտոմեքենաներ, ապա՝ հետադարձ, այդ ծառայության շնորհիվ է, որ խցանումը կարճ ժամանակում բացվեց, իսկ տեղում փրկարարներն ու պարեկները 30-ից ավելի ավտոմեքենա են դուրս բերել ձնակույտի միջից:
Ճանապարհը սպասարկող ընկերությունների հետ օրեր առաջ Կառավարությունը խզել է պայմանագիրը, քանի որ բազմաթիվ բողոքներ են ստացել Կառավարությունում, ինչպես նաև ծանոթացել են զանգվածային էլեկտրոնային լրատվամիջոցներում եղած ֆոտոռեպորտաժներին ու տեսանյութերին, այդ թվում՝ SHAMSHYAN.com-ում, և եկել են եզրահանգման, որ ճանշինները թերացել են:
Թերացող ճանշիններից մեկը եղել է Վանաձորի նախկին երկարամյա քաղաքապետ Սամվել Դարբինյանի եղբոր՝ Սեյրան Դարբինյանի ղեկավարած ճանշինը:
Այս պահին պարեկային ծառայողներն ու փրկարարները շարունակում են ուժեղացված ծառայությունը:
Լոռու մարզի ոստիկանության պետ Արթուր Զաքարյանի հանձնարարականով պարեկներին ու փրկարարներին են միացել նաև ոստիկանության Գուգարքի ու Ստեփանավանի բաժինների համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքների ծառայողները:
