Երեկ՝ հունվարի 31-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Լոռու մարզում: Ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչությունում և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Բազումի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ մի քաղաքացի Վանաձոր քաղաքի Հալաբյան փողոցի կամրջից սպառնում է իրեն ցած նետել:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության պետ Արթուր Զաքարյանը, վարչության պետի օպերատիվ գծով տեղակալ Վանյանը, և ոստիկանության Բազումի բաժնի պետը:
Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Լոռու մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արթուր Բեժանյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Ոստիկաններից երկուսը, վտանգելով իրենց կյանքը, որոնցից մեկը նույնիսկ անցել է կամրջի վտանգավոր եզրագիծը, այնտեղից անվտանգ վայր են անցկացրել Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 41-ամյա Վ. Մ.-ին, ապա նրան տեղափոխել ոստիկանության Բազումի բաժին, որտեղ Վ. Մ-ին հայտնել է, որ սոցիալական անապահով ծանր պայմանների պատճառով ցանկացել է ինքնասպանություն գործել:
Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Բազումի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվում, որոնք փոխանցվել են Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչություն:
