В Армении продолжаются дискуссии о новой Конституции

Дискуссии о новой Конституции в Армении продолжаются. Общественность и оппозиционные силы аргументируют, что нынешний режим во главе с Николом Пашиняном специально инициировал дискуссии о принятии новой Конституции, отдавая должное требованиям турецко-азербайджанского тандема, притом режим даже не скрывает, что удаление предисловия Конституции из Декларации независимости, где закреплена Декларация независимости, реализуется именно по настоянию Азербайджана.

Накануне официальный представитель МИД Азербайджана Айхан Гаджизаде подтвердил, что продолжительное время обсуждается вопрос новой Конституции с нынешними властями Армении, поскольку Азербайджан видит серьезную опасность в практике применения действующей Конституции. В то же время проблема не только в турецко-азербайджанском тандеме, Азербайджан, отметим, хочет убрать из Конституции Армении часть декларации о присоединении Нагорного Карабаха к Республике Армения, а Турция особенно обеспокоена положением о международном признании геноцида в Декларации независимости. Требования есть не только у Турции и Азербайджана, но и у Евросоюза и США.

По данным информированных источников, Запад вынуждает Армению принять новую Конституцию, где будет указано, что никогда больше не будет принадлежать какому-либо военному блоку и на территории Армении не могут быть иностранные вооруженные силы. Это в первую очередь направлено именно против российской 102-й военной базы в Армении. Новой Конституцией Запад пытается лишить Армению присутствия российской военной базы, не могут быть размещены вооруженные силы любой другой страны. О том, какие опасности это таит в себе, даже упоминать не стоит.
