Среди всех сообщений вчера бросилось в глаза заявление, размещенное на официальном сайте премьер-министра. Никол Пашинян встретился с руководством и сотрудниками Службы внешней разведки. Премьер-министру было доложено о ходе работы по формированию службы и плане деятельности на 2024 год. Состоялся обмен мыслями, Пашинян выдвинул конкретные проблемы, касающиеся задач Службы внешней разведки в решении современных вызовов, а также в развитии государства. Обычно сообщения сопровождаются видеороликами или фотографиями, в этом случае никакого фото не было.

До сих пор общественности известна лишь глава Службы внешней разведки, бывший омбудсмен Кристине Григорян. Ни о ком из руководящих сотрудников службы ничего не известно, их имена не публикуются в официальных бюллетенях и на веб-сайтах даже в случае назначения. Напомним, что эта служба была создана под непосредственным контролем британских спецслужб.

Пашинян стремился ослабить Службу национальной безопасности и создал Службу внешней разведки, куда принимают только тех людей, которые прошли проверку по многочисленным методам. По сути, Кристине Григорян – всего лишь является ширмой этой службы, которая с красивой или не очень улыбкой на лице покажет международным коллегам мягкое «лицо» Внешней разведки. На самом деле Служба внешней разведки может стать вполне серьёзной структурой, если выйдет из окружения иностранного контроля и возьмётся за работу во благо Республики Армения, хотя в случае с нынешними властями такие надежды тщетны.
