«Ո՛չ աջակցությունն եմ ստացել, ո՛չ էլ հասանելիք թոշակը». 76-ամյա արցախցին հոգնել է անիմաստ գնալ-գալուց

Բռնի տեղահանությունից հետո 76-ամյա Արինա Հարությունյանը մի շարք խնդիրների առաջ է կանգնել։ Արդեն 4 ամիս է չի օգտվել պետության կողմից տրամադրվող դրամական ու սոցիալական աջակցություններից։ Ավելին, ամեն անգամ պահանջում են նույնաբովանդակ դիմում, որը նա ներկայացրել է արդեն չի հիշում որերորդ անգամ։
MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում վերջինս նշեց, որ Ստեփանակերտից դուրս է եկել սեպտեմբերի 25-ին, թոռան ընկերոջ մեքենայով։
«Մեզ ասացին, որ պետք է Գորիսում կամ Վայքում գրանցեն տվյալները։ Մենք Վայքում ենք գրանցվել, որից հետո եկել ենք Երևան։ Հոկտեմբերի 7-ին տղայիս առաջարկով գնացել եմ Ռուսաստան։ Հակառակ որդուս հորդորներին չկարողացա մնալ, օդս չէր հերիքում, ճնշումս բարձրանում էր։ Դեկտեմբերի 2-ին նորից եկել եմ Հայաստան, ապրում եմ բարեկամներիս հետ։ Այս ընթացքում ոչ մի աջակցություն չեմ ստացել։ Միայն լսել եմ, որ տրամադրում են միանվագ 100, ամսական 50 հազարական դրամ։ Ամաչելով եմ այս մասին խոսում, բայց եթե հասնում է, ինչո՞ւ չեն տրամադրում»,-ասում է տիկին Արինան։
Բարեկամների ուղեկցությամբ 76-ամյա կինը քանիցս դիմել է միասնական սոցիալական ծառայությանը, որտեղ խորհուրդ են տվել գնալ նախ միգրացիոն ծառայություն, գրանցվել։ «Հետո ասել են պետք է դիմում ներկայացնեմ, հետամուտ եմ եղել և պահանջվող թղթերը ներկայացրել, բայց տեսնելով, որ դա արդյունք չի տալիս, հետո նորից եմ այցելել։ Նույն փաստաթուղը նորից են ուզել, ես այն կրկին ներկայացրել եմ ու արդեն չեմ հիշում, թե քանի անգամ»,- ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը։
Արինա Հարությունյանն իր իրավունքների պաշտպանության համար դիմել է փաստաբանական գրասենյակ։ Վերջիններս ուսումնասիրել ու հաստատել են, որ նա պետության աջակցության ծրագրի շահառու է, «բայց ո՛չ աջակցությունն եմ ստացել, ո՛չ էլ հասանելիք կենսաթոշակը»։ «Արդեն հոգնել եմ այս անիմաստ գնալ-գալուց, քաշքշուկներից ու նույն փաստաթուղթը լրացնելու գործընթացից»,- հիասթափված հավելեց նա։
