Ռուսաստանցիների հոսքը Վրաստան նվազել է

2023 թվականին Վրաստան է մուտք գործել Ռուսաստանի 1 մլն 856 հազար 237 քաղաքացի, երկիրը լքել է 1 մլն 887 հազար 223 քաղաքացի: Այս մասին, ըստ aliq.ge-ի՝ է վկայում ներքին գործերի նախարարության (ՆԳՆ) կողմից հրապարակված սահմանահատումների վիճակագրությունը։
Նախարարությունը եռամսյակը մեկ հրապարակում է սահմանահատումների վերաբերյալ տվյալները։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ըստ եռամսյակների, Վրաստանում ՌԴ քաղաքացիների կողմից սահմանահատումների վիճակագրությունը հետևյալն է.
I եռամսյակ՝ 298 հազար 285 մուտք, 320 հազար 236 ելք,
II եռամսյակ՝ 443 հազար 624 մուտք, 427 հազար 443 ելք,
III եռամսյակ՝ 766 հազար 278 մուտք, 780 հազար 514 ելք,
VI եռամսյակ՝ 348 հազար 050 մուտք, 359 հազար 030 ելք:
Ի դեպ, Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիների զանգվածային հոսքը Վրաստան սկսվել է 2022 թվականի փետրվարի վերջին, այն բանից հետո, երբ Ռուսաստանը հարձակվեց Ուկրաինայի վրա և պատերազմ սկսեց։ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիների զանգվածային հոսքը Վրաստան ավելացավ նաև Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի որոշումից հետո, որով 2023 թվականի մայիսի 15-ից Վրաստանի հետ վիզային ռեժիմը չեղարկեց, ինչպես նաև վերացվեց դեպի Վրաստան ուղիղ չվերթերի արգելքը։ Վրաստանում ստորագրահավաք սկսվեց ընդդեմ Պուտինի որոշման:
Ռուսաստանի որոշումը Թբիլիսիում միանշանակ չընդունվեց. իշխող կուսակցության առաջնորդները և կառավարության ներկայացուցիչները ողջունում են այն, մինչդեռ ընդդիմությունը և մեծ թվով փորձագետներ կարծում են, թե Պուտինը նման կերպ «պարգևատրեց» Վրաստանի կառավարությանը։
Նախագահ Սալոմե Զուրաբիշվիլին Ռուսաստանի քայլը սադրանք է անվանել և կառավարությանը կոչ է արել Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիների համար եռամսյա վիզային ռեժիմ սահմանել։
