ՀԱՅՈՑ ԲԱՆԱԿԻ ՊԱՏՎԻՆ

Այսօր Հայոց բանակի տոնն է: 1992-ի այս օրը՝ հունվարի 28-ին, Հայաստանի կառավարությունը ընդունեց «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Պաշտպանության նախարարության մասին» պատմական որոշումը՝ դրանով իսկ ազդարարելով Հայոց Ազգային բանակի վերստեղծումը 71 տարիների դադարից հետո:

Մեր բանակը կազմավորվեց և կայացավ ծայրահեղ դժվարին պայմաններում, հաղթանակներով պսակելով իր նորօրյա ընթացքը: Վերջին մի քանի տարիները սակայն մեր բանակի համար ծանրագույն փորձությունների ժամանակներ էին, նրա ուսերին էր ընկել և շարունակում է մնալ մեր երկրի պաշտպանության դժվարին բեռը՝ ըննդեմ թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի գերակշիռ ուժերի, փաստացի առանց հուսալի դաշնակից, և հաճախ նաև առանց հուսալի թիկունք: Չնայած այս ամենին, բանակը շարունակում է մարտնչել, շարունակում է զարգանալ, շարունակում է թշնամուն կորուստներ հասցնել և զսպել նրա նկրտումները, թեև դա տրվում է չափազանց ծանր գնով:

Այս տարի հատուկ ցանկանում եմ նշել Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի մեր հերոսական մարտիկներին, որոնք անցած տարվա սեպտեմբերի 19-ին իրենց վրա միայնակ վերցրեցին թշնամու տասնապատիկ գերազանցող ուժերի հարվածը, և Չարեքտարի, Հաթերքի, Մարտակերտի, Խաչենի կամրջի, Մարտունու, Մաճկալաշենի, Սխտորաշենի, Կրկժանի դիրքերում և այլուր ծանր կորուստներ պատճառեցին նրան՝ կանգնեցնելով նրա առաջխաղացումը և ստիպելով զինադադար բանակցել Արցախի իշխանությունների հետ:

Թեև այս ռազմական գործողությունները ի վերջո ավարտվեցին Արցախի հայաթափմամբ, դիմադրությունը, որը ցույց տվեցին մեր հերոս եղբայրները համատարած շրջափակման պայմաններում, թույլ տվեց փրկել Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչությունը, և պահպանել Արցախը վերադարձնելու հնարավորությունը: Երկու հարյուրից ավել մեր եղբայրներ իրենց կյանքը զոհեցին այդ օրը, նրանց անունները ոսկե տառերով կգրվեն մեր պատմության մեջ՝ որպես խիզախության, անձնազոհության և պատվախնդրության անգերազանցելի օրինակ:

Այսօր, խոնարհվելով մեր հերոս նահատակների անմահ հիշատակի առաջ, անվարան զորակցելով ապրողներին և պայքարողներին, մշտապես լինելով մեր երկիրը անառիկ պահող խիզախ տղերքի կողքին, վերահաստատում եմ իմ հանձնառությունը՝ հնարավոր ամենը անել մեր բանակի զորացման, այն առավել մարտունակ, արդյունավետ և անվտանգ դարձնելու, և նոր հաղթանակներով նրա մարտական փառքը վերականգնելու համար: Փառք մեր բանակին, փառք այն ստեղծողներին և նրանց գործը պատվով շարունակողներին, հավերժ փառք նրա բոլոր անմահ հերոսներին!
