Վաղը՝ հունվարի 28-ին լրանում է Հայոց Բանակի կազմավորման 32-րդ տարեդարձը։
Yerkir.am-ը թեմայի շուրջ զրուցել է ՀՀ զինված ուժերի գլխավոր շտաբի նախկին պետ, գեներալ-գնդապետ Մովսես Հակոբյանի հետ, ով նաև եղել է Արցախի պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը։
Ինչպիսի՞ բանակ ունենք 32 տարի հետո․ հարցին ի պատասխան գեներալ-գնդապետն ասում է․ «Բանակ չունենք,նույնիսկ ինձ հետաքրքիր էլ չէ»։
-Ինչո՞ւ եք վատատես, ինչո՞ւ հետաքրքրված չեք պարոն Հակոբյան։
-Իմ ստեղծած բանակն Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակն էր։
-Իսկ հնարավո՞ր է ապագայում վերակազմավորել և ունենալ նույն բանակը։
-Ես երազանքներով չեմ ապրում։
-Ուստի՝ ինչպիսի՞ բանակով երկիր եք պատկերացնում հետագայում։
-Կցանկանամ ունենանք բանակ, որն իրականում կապահովի մեր երկրի, մեր ժողովրդի անվտանգությունը։
-Այս իշխանությունների դեպքում հնարավո՞ր է ունենալ նման բանակ։
-Կարծում եմ 5 տարին բավարար է՝ հետևություն կատարելու համար։
-Հնարավոր իշխանափոխությունից հետո 1 տարին բավարար կլինի՞ մեր պատկերացրած բանակն ունենալու համար։
-Դժվար հարց եք տալիս։ Նախ՝ պետք է ուսումնասիրենք, գնահատենք բանակի իրական վիճակը, ինչ նպատակներ են դրված բանակի առջև և ինչ ենք ուզում ստանալ, նոր հետո խոսենք ժամկետի մասին։
-Պարոն Հակոբյան,Հայաստանի ԱԱԾ-ն հայտարարել էր Արցախում ականապատ դաշտերի մասին տեղեկություններով 8 նոր ձևաթղթերի նույնականացման մասին, որոնք առաջիկա օրերին աշխատանքային խողովակներով կփոխանցվեն ադրբեջանական կողմին։ Ադրբեջանը հեգնանքով ու բացասաբար է արձագանել այս առաջարկին, նույնիսկ, Հայաստանին մեղադրել է ռազմական հանցագործության մեջ, այսօր ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն դարձյալ հայտարարել է որ ՀՀ-ն պատրաստ է համագործակցել Ադրբեջանի հետ․ ասացեք խնդրեմ, թշնամուն շարունակ համոզելու, սիրաշահելու ՀՀ իշխանության այս վարքագիծը արդարացվա՞ծ է։
-Լավ է անում, եթե կարողանում է։
- Ադրբեջանի մասի՞ն է խոսքը, որ կարողանում է շարունակ հեգնանքով ու մեղադրանքներով պատասխանել հայկական կողմին։
