Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անձամբ է խոստովանում իր ձախողումները

Հայաստանում պարադոքսալ իրավիճակ է։ Գործող վարչախումբն իր շուրթերով է արձանագրում, որ ձախողվել է նույնիսկ ամենահասարակ ոլորտներում, իսկ ընդդիմությունն այդպես էլ չի կարողանում օգտագործել այդ փաստը։

2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու նրա կողմնակիցները ցանկացած հարցում հիշեցնում էին ճանապարհաշինությունը, որը դարձել էր նրանց այցեքարտը։ Մի քանի ճանապարհ «բարեհաջող» ասֆալտելու հանգամանքը տեղեկատվական տեռորի առիթ էր դարձել, իշխանության հասցեին ցանկացած քննադատություն Փաշինյանն ու իր սպասարկուները պատասխանում էին՝ «Բա, մեր արած ասֆալտը...» արտահայտությամբ։

Նախօրեին կառավարության նիստում վարչապետի պաշտոնը թյուրիմացաբար զբաղեցնող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանկարծակի անդրադարձել էր ճանապարհային անվտանգության աուդիտին, ասել, որ իր կողմից հարց է առաջադրվել այն մասին, որ պետք է ոչ միայն ճանապարհային անվտանգության աուդիտ իրականացվի, այլ նաև ճանապարհների որակի աուդիտ իրականացվի: «Այն ճանապարհը, որը կառուցվել է 4 տարի առաջ այն վիճակում չէ, որ պետք է լիներ: Այսինքն՝ ավելի վատ վիճակ է, գոնե իմ զգացողությամբ, քան պետք է լիներ: Բայց մյուս կողմից՝ մենք այդ ճանապարհն ընդունել ենք, այնտեղ հորատումներ են անում, ստուգումներ են անում, բայց մենք ամեն իքս պահի չունենք այն հարցի պատասխանը, որ 4 տարի կամ 5 տարի կամ 2 տարի կամ 1 տարի կամ 6 ամիս առաջ շահագործման հանձնված ճանապարհն այսօր այն վիճակո՞ւմ է, որը մեր ստանդարտով պետք է լիներ, թե՞ չէ»,- ասել էր վարչապետը, փորձել համոզել, թե կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումներ այս հարցում չկան։

Փաստն այն է, որ Փաշինյանն ինքն է խոստովանում իրենց ձախողումը։ Վերջին ամիսներին տարբեր գերատեսչություններ արշավելով՝ Փաշինյանը ձախողումներ է արձանագրել արդարադատության, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ոլորտներում, դպրոցաշինության մեջ, մի առիթով էլ խոստովանել էր, որ ձախողումներ ունեն անվտանգության ոլորտում։ Այս ամենից հետո միայն մեկ հարց է ծագում, այն էլ ընդդիմությանը՝ «գո՞հ եք ձեր գործունեությունից»։
