Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը ներկայացրել է Գերիների, պատանդների և անհայտ կորած (գտնվելու վայրն անհայտ) անձանց հարցերով զբաղվող միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի հայտարարությունը

Ի պատասխան Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության տարբեր պետական մարմինների կողմից պարբերաբար շրջանառության մեջ դրվող թեզի, թե Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը հրաժարվում է տեղեկություններ տրամադրել Ադրբեջանի անհետ կորած քաղաքացիների մասին, հարկ ենք համարում ընդգծել, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը 2020թ. նոյեմբերից ի վեր Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությանն է փոխանցել 44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհված 51 ադրբեջանցիների մարմինների, ինչպես նաև 90-ականներին զոհված շուրջ 50 անձանց մարմինների գտնվելու հնարավոր վայրերի մասին տեղագրական նյութեր, որոնք ստացվել են ԼՂ ներկայացուցիչներից:

Բացի այս, Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետությանն են փոխանցվել 90-ականների զոհված 140 ադրբեջանցիների ոսկրեր, որոնք ստացվել են ԼՂ ներկայացուցիչներից:

Հարկ ենք համարում հիշեցնել, որ 993 Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներ և ԼՂ հայեր համարվում են անհետ կորած 90-ականների սկզբից, 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմում և դրանից հետո Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը լրջորեն հետաքրքրված է նրանց ճակատագրերի պարզաբանմամբ:

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը բազմիցս, այդ թվում բարձր և բարձրագույն մակարդակով հայտարարել է, որ պատրաստ է անհետ կորած համարվող անձանց ճակատագիրը պարզելու ուղղությամբ համագործակցել Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության հետ:

Գերիների, պատանդների և անհետ կորած (գտնվելու վայրն անհայտ) անձանց հարցերով զբաղվող ՀՀ միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովն ի կատարումն 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 7-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմի և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահի վարչակազմի համատեղ հայտարարության մեջ արձանագրված պայմանավորվածության՝ վստահության կառուցման ավելի շատ միջոցառումների իրականացման վերաբերյալ, Ադրբեջանի համապատասխան կառույցին առաջարկում է ակտիվացնել համագործակցությունը:
