Մասնագետները նշում էին, որ օղին այնքան մեծ հաջողություն է վայելում, որ շուկայում հայտնվել են «By Nalbandyan» օղիների կեղծ տարբերակները։ Հայաստանում, ինչպես աշխարհի ցանկացած երկերում կեղծում են լավը, լավագույնը, փորձում այդ կերպ ազդել նաև իրական բրենդի հեղինակության վրա, մինչդեռ օրիգինալ «Նալբանդյան» օղիները կարելի է տարբերակել հատուկ հոլոգրաֆիկ նշանով, եզակի տպագրությամբ, հատուկ կոդավորումով, իսկ խմելուց պետք է խմել որակյալը՝ առողջական խնդիրներ չունենալու համար։
