ԵՄ երկրների դիտորդները, որոնք գտնվում են Հայաստանում, չեմ կարծում, որ լուրջ նպաստ են բերում մեր երկրի անվտանգությանը։ Այդ մասին այսօր «Հայկական օրակարգի» հերթական քննարկման ժամանակ ասաց իրանագետ Վարդան Ոսկանյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ հասկանալի չէ, թե ինչու, ըստ մեր իշխանության, Իրանի հետ համատեղ զորավարժության անցկացումը մեր անվտանգությունը չի կարող ապահովել, իսկ հեռադիտակով զինված ԵՄ դիտորդները կարող են։

«Ինչո՞ւ չի իրականացվում այդ զորավարժություններով Հայաստանի անվտանգության ապահովման գործընթաց։ Ես վստահ եմ՝ Արևմուտքից կա ճնշում Հայաստանի վրա՝ Իրանի հետ անվտանգային հարաբերությունները զարգացնելու առումով»,- նկատեց Ոսկանյանը։

Իրանագետի դիտարկմամբ՝ դրա այլընտրանքը Հայաստանի մահն է:

«Քեզ ասում են՝ կարող ես խմել այս դեղն ու առողջանաս, կամ չխմել այդ դեղը, քանի որ այն իրենց հակառակորդն է ստեղծել։ Դա նշանակում է՝ քեզ առաջարկում են մահ»,- ասաց Ոսկանյանը։

Ըստ նրա՝ Իրանի հետ ռազմավարական հարաբերությունները մեզ համար կենսական նշանակություն ունեն։ 

«Դրանք քմահաճույքի խնդիր չեն, այլ կենսական հարցեր ու մարտահրավերներ։ ՀՀ-ն հարուստի որդի չէ, ուստի պետք է լինի այս տարածաշրջանի գերազանցիկը։ Այդ գերազանցիկներն են, ի վերջո, արդյունք գրանցում։ Մենք ունենք կարողություններ ու հմտություններ, ուղղակի պետք է տեսլական ու ճանապարհային քարտեզ»,- ասաց նա։
