ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախկին նախագահ Դավիթ Անանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

«Երեկ մեծն ԵԽԽՎ-ն բացեց իր քաղաքական գիրկն ու Ադրբեջանին մի ամբողջ տարով վտարեց իր բացառիկ ակումբից։ Հենց այդպես՝ մարդու իրավունքների ոտնահարման, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տիրող իրավիճակի և այլ սրտաճմլիկ նոտաների մասին վիրտուոզ մեղեդու հնչյունների ներքո։ Որոշումն ընդունվել է վերադարձի պայմանով, իհարկե, անհույս ակնկալելով, որ Ադրբեջանը անվերապահորեն կընդունի ԵԽԽՎ չափանիշներով կապիտուլյացիան։

ԵԽԽՎ-ն այնքան նրբանկատորեն է հղում կատարում «Լաչինի միջանցքով ազատ և անվտանգ մուտքի ապահովման» ԵԽԽՎ բանաձևին, որ կարծես փորձում է քողարկել դրա ժամանակավրեպությունն ու պատշաճ հսկողական և կանխարգելիչ միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու սեփական անօգնականությունը։ Միաժամանակ, ԵԽԽՎ-ն ցինիկաբար իր խորն ափսոսանքն է արտահայտում Լաչինի միջանցք այցելելու հնարավորության բացակայության համար։ Բայցևայնպես, ամենահուզիչն այն է, որ  ԵԽԽՎ դիտորդները չեն ստացել 2024 թվականի փետրվարի 7-ին կայանալիք Ադրբեջանի նախագահական ընտրություններին մասնակցելու օրհնությունը։ Քաղաքական մշակույթի ինչպիսի տոնակատարություն են նրանք բաց թողնելու։

Եվ Հայաստանի քաղաքական իշխանությունը, իրեն բնորոշ անգրագիտությամբ, տգիտությամբ ու պոպուլիզմով հրճված ու հիացած է՝ լրջորեն հավատալով, որ ԵԽԽՎ բանաձևը հենց իր դիվանագիտական խոշոր հաղթանակն է։

Իրականությունը, սակայն, կայանում է նրանում, որ Արևմուտքը աչք է փակել նախորդ տարվա սեպտեմբերին Ադրբեջանի կողմից իրականացված ցեղասպան գործողությունների արդյունքում Արցախի բռնի հայաթափման վրա՝ «մութ գործարքների» շղարշի ներքո հույս փայփայելով, որ դա կօգնի Ռուսաստանին դուրս մղել տարածաշրջանից և կստիպի Ադրբեջանին կատարել իր պարտավորությունները՝ Իրանի դեմ գործողություններ կատարելու համատեքստում։

Սակայն բոլորի համար անսպասելիորեն Ադրբեջանը որոշում է ցուցադրել այս ներկայացման մեջ խամաճիկ չլինելու իր դիվանագիտությունը։ Ալիևը, կլանելով Արցախը, կտրուկ շրջադարձ է կատարում մյուս ուղղությամբ՝ հարելով ռուս-իրանական թևին՝ ողջունելով ռուս խաղաղապահների ներկայությունն Արցախում, կարևոր բանակցություններ նախաձեռնելով Իրանի հետ և այլն: Ադրբեջանն ակնհայտորեն չի խորշում ցույց տալ իր անկախությունը՝ հրաժարվելով Գրանադա մեկնելուց և մատնացույց անելով հարցեր կարգավորելու՝ իր համար նաընտրելի (ռուսական) հարթակները։

Եվ ահա Արեւմուտքը, սյուժեում անսպասելի շրջադարձ տեսած ռեժիսորի նման, որոշում է օգտագործել իր սիրելի գործիքները՝ դեղին քարտերը բանաձևերի տեսքով, որոնք փայլում են ինչպես վառ լույսեր քաղաքական խճանկարում` Ֆրանսիայի Սենատից մինչև ԵԽԽՎ: 

Ամեն ինչ շատ պարզ է, հասարակ ու մեզ հետ կապ չունեցող. Արեւմուտքը որոշեց պատժել ապստամբին»:
