ՆԳ նախարարությունը հորդորում է լինել զգոն, խստագույնս պահպանել ճանապարհային երթևեկության կանոնները․
 
«Համեմատաբար մեղմ դրսևորումներից հետո հունվարի երկրորդ կեսից ձմեռը հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում ներկայանում է ձյան առատ տեղումների, ուժեղ քամու, բուք ու սառնամանիքի տեսքով։
 
Այդ իրողություններով պայմանավորված՝ հաճախ բարդ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվում հանրապետության տարբեր ճանապարհատվածներում՝ հատկապես լեռնային և բարձրալեռնային տարածաշրջաններում։ ՆԳՆ ՓԾ ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնում ստացված բազմաթիվ ահազանգերը պայմանավորված են այս հանգամանքով։
 
Դրանք հիմնականում ձյան մեջ արգելափակված, դժվարանցանելիության պատճառով առաջացած խցանումների վերաբերյալ են։ Այս ընթացքում ՆԳՆ ՓԾ աշխատակիցները, պարեկների ակտիվ աջակցությամբ, շարունակում են ծառայել շուրջօրյա ռեժիմով՝ օպերատիվորեն արձագանքելով ստացված ահազանգերին, օգնության հասնելով արտակարգ իրավիճակում հայտնված քաղաքացիներին, նրանց ցուցաբերելով համապատասխան անհրաժեշտ օգնություն։
 
Իրենց դժվար առաքելությունն իրականացնելիս փրկարարներն ու պարեկները սերտորեն և արդյունավետ համագործակցում են նաև ճանապարհների շահագործման և այլ կառույցների աշխատակիցների հետ։
 
ՆԳՆ փրկարար ծառայությունը հորդորում է մշտապես հաշվի առնել եղանակային բարդ պայմանները, դժվարանցանելի հատվածներով երթևեկել բարձր զգոնությամբ, ճանապարհ դուրս գալ միայն խիստ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում և բացառապես ձմեռային անվադողերով:
