Հանքավանում 3 հոգու սպանության մեջ մեղադրվողի հայրը դեռ ամբողջովին չի ապաքինվել

Հանքավանում 3 երիտասարդի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող 27-ամյա Հայրապետ Սեփոյանի հայրը, որին Սեփոյանների պնդմամբ ծեծի էին ենթարկել սպանված Գալստյան եղբայրները, դեռ ամբողջությամբ չի ապաքինվել: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին ասաց նրա հարազատներից մեկը:
«Կազդուրվել է, միայն տեսողության հետ խնդիր ունի»,- նշեց նա:
Հիշեցնենք, որ սպանության օրը՝ դեպքից հետո Գագիկ Սեփոյանը տեղափոխվել էր հիվանդանոց, նա աչքի վնասվածք ուներ: Սեփոյանները պնդում են, որ նրան ծեծել են Գալստյանները, Գալստյանները հերքում են:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2015թ, նոյեմբերի 16-ին հնչած կրակոցների հետեւանքով սպանվել էին եղբայրներ 25-ամյա Վարդան եւ 35-ամյա Վահե Գալստյանները, նրանց ընկեր, 27-ամյա Արմեն Հովհաննիսյանը։ Գործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավվել եւ կալանավորվել է 27–ամյա Հայրապետ Սեփոյանը, որին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՔՕ 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (երկու կամ ավելի անձանց սպանություն), 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն ռազմամթերքի ձեռք բերել, պահել):
Կատարվածի պատճառի պաշտոնական վարկած դեռ չկա, դեպքից հետո շրջանառվում էր վարկածը, որ սպանությունը կատարվել է Գալստյաններին պատկանող անտառային տարածքում ծառերի հատման շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության հետեւանքով։ Սպանության մեջ մեղադրվողի հայրը` Գագիկ Սեփոյանը, որն այդ տարածքի անտառապահն է, ըստ Գալստյանների, պարբերաբար ապօրինի ծառահատումներ է կատարել այդ տարածքից։ Ենթադրվում է, որ դեպքի օրը Գալստյան եղբայրները Սեփոյանին բռնեցրել են ծառ հատելիս, ինչիս սկսվել է վեճը։ Սեփոյանների հարազատները պնդում են, որ որդին տեղեկացել է, որ հորը ծեծի են ենթարկել ու գնացել է հորը պաշտպանելու, ինչի ժամանակ էլ կրակելով սպանել է եղբայրներին եւ նրանց ընկերոջը։ Գալստյանները վստահեցնում են, որ ծեծ չի եղել։ Վիճաբանությունից հետո Գագիկ Սեփոյանը մարմնական վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էր հիվանդանոց, որտեղից օրեր անց դուրս էր գրվել:
