Պլաստիկ վիրահատությունները լայն տարածում են գտել մեզանում։ Եթե տարիներ առաջ վիրահատության դիմելուց առաջ շատերը երկար մտածում էին կամ վիրահատվելուց հետո թաքցնում այդ փաստը, ապա այժմ պլաստիկայի դիմելը սովորակն երեւույթ է, որից շատերը չեն էլ կաշկանդվում։
Շատ դեպքերում պլաստիկ վիրահատության են դիմում մարդիկ, որոնք հաճախ դրա անհրաժեշտությունը չունեն. պլաստիկան ասես մոլուցք է դարձել, որին դժվար է չտրվելը՝ հատկապես, երբ այդքան հասանելի է։
Վիրահատում են քիթը, շուրթերը, կրծքերը, այտոսկրերը՝մինչեւ անգամ հետույքը, իրանն ու ոտքերը…
Հայ հայտնիներից շատերը բացահայտ խոստովանում են, որ դիմել են պլաստիկ վիրահատության, իսկ նրանց մեծամասնությունն էլ նախընտրում է կամ լռել այդ մասին կամ էլ պարզապես հերքում է, որ փոքրացրել է քիթը կամ հաստացրել շուրթերը։
Ինչեւէ, Wnews.am-ը ներկայացնում է այն հայ հայտնիներին, ովքեր դիմել են պլաստիկ վիրաբուժության.
Երգչուհի Էմմին վիրահատել է քիթը եւ դրանում որեւէ սարսափելի բան չկա. նա երբեւէ չի թաքցրել այդ փաստը։ Այժմ երգչուհին շատ ավելի գեղեցիկ քիթ ունի։
Երգչուհու վերջին լուսանկարներից երեւում է, որ նա փոքր-ինչ հաստացրել է նաեւ շուրթերը։
Քթի պլաստիկ վիրահատության է դիմել նաեւ երգչուհի Հռիփսիմե Հակոբյանը, ով վիրահատությունից հետո միանշանակ գեղեցկացել է.
Ըստ շրջանառվող լուրերի, Հռիփսիմեն, ինչպես նաեւ երգչուհի Էմմին, քիթը վիրահատել են ոչ թե մեկ, այլ երկու անգամ։
Երգչուհի Սոֆի Մխեյանը եւս շատ տարիներ առաջ դիմել է քթի պլաստիկ վիրահատության։
