Իրանը և «վեցյակը» մոտեցել են բանակցային գործընթացի եզրագծին

Թեհրանի միջուկային դոսյեի շուրջ «վեցյակի» (ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ-ի հինգ մշտական անդամները և Գերմանիան) և Իրանի բանակցությունները թևակոխել են վճռորոշ փուլ, և, հնարավոր է, ընդամենը մի քանի օր կպահանջվի պատմական համաձայնագրի հասնելու համար, որի պատրաստումը տևել է ավելի քան տասը տարի, տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Այն բանից հետո, երբ հուլիսի 2-ին «վեցյակի» արտաքին գործերի նախարարների մեծամասնությունը մեկնեց Վիեննայից, աշխատանքն այնտեղ շարունակվում է փորձագետների մակարդակով: Չնայած դրան, վստահությունը, որ բանակցությունները կավարտվեն համապարփակ համաձայնագրի ձեռքբերմամբ, այսօր ավելի մեծ է, քան երբևէ:
Հուլիսի 2-ին Ավստրիայի մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնում գտնվող «Քոբուրգ» պերճաշուք հյուրանոցում, որն ընտրվել է պայմանագրի քննարկման ավարտական փուլի համար, վերստին հավաքվել էր «վեցյակի» ԱԳ նախարարների մեծամասնությունը, ինչպես նաև Իրանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ջավադ Զարիֆը: Հնչած հայտարարությունների ընդհանուր տոնը մոտավորապես նույնն էր:
Նախարարները, որոնք ծանրութեթև էին արել մամուլի համար արված իրենց կարճ հայտարարությունների յուրաքանչյուր բառը, նախազգուշացնում էին բարդ և մինչև վերջ չլուծված հարցերի մասին, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ նշում էին ձեռքբերված առաջընթացը:
«Կան բաներ, որոնցում առաջ ենք շարժվել, բայց մենք դեռ չենք հասել բանակցությունների ավարտման փուլին»,- լրագրողներին հայտնել է Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳ նախարար Լորան Ֆաբիուսը:
ՉԺՀ-ի ԱԳ նախարար Վան ին վստահություն է հայտնել, որ կոնսուլտացիաները կարելի է ավարտել մինչև հուլիսի 7-ը, այսինքն՝ մինչև այն ժամկետը, որն այժմ սահմանված է որպես գործարքի ձեռքբերման վերջնաժամկետ: «Կարծում եմ՝ դրա հավանականությունը մեծ է, բայց մենք պետք է խորհրդակցենք գործընկերների հետ»,- ասել է չինական դիվանագիտության ղեկավարը՝ պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե հնարավոր է արդյոք պայմանավորվածության հասնել մինչև հուլիսի 7-ը:
«Ինձ հարկավոր է պահպանել հույսը»,- իր հերթին ասել է Իրանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Զարիֆը:
Վիեննայի քննարկումներին զուգահեռ հանրագումարային փաստաթղթի հասնելու շուրջ աշխատանքը հուլիսի 2-ին շարունակվել է նաև Թեհրանում, որտեղ այցով գտնվում է Ատոմային էներգիայի միջազգային գործակալության ղեկավար Յուկիա Ամանոն:
Վիեննայում միջազգային կազմակերպություններին առընթեր Իրանի ներկայացուցիչ Ռըզա Նադաժֆին նշել է, որ «Իսլամական Հանրապետության պաշտոնատարների հետ Յուկիա Ամանոյի հանդիպումները շատ դրական էին ու կառուցողական», հաղորդել է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
