«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Իրավական ակտերի նախագծերի հրապարակման միասնական կայքում՝ e-draft.am-ում տեղադրված նախագծերի վերաբերյալ հնարավոր է ոչ միայն կարծիք հայտնել, այլև քվեարկել: Ինչպես հայտնի է, հունվարի 22-ին հանրային քննարկման է ներկայացվել կառավարության որոշման նախագիծ, որով մասնավորաբար նախատեսվում է «Հայոց պատմություն» առարկան վերանվանել «Հայաստանի պատմություն»: Այս նախագծի հետ կապված հետաքրքիր զարգացումներ են ստանում ոչ միայն հանրային քննարկումները, այլև օնլայն քվեարկության ընթացքը: Եթե առաջին մեկ օրվա ընթացքում դեմ քվեարկածները կազմում էին մոտ 80 տոկոս, ապա հաջորդ երկու օրերին միանգամից սկսեց աճել «կողմ»-երի թիվը՝ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ նույնիսկ մոտենալով 50 տոկոսի շեմին: Երեկ երեկոյան հարաբերակցությունը 44/56 էր:

Այնպիսի տպավորություն էր, որ կազմակերպվել էր «ֆեյքային» գրոհ, որպեսզի «դեմ» քվեարկողների թիվն այդքան շատ չերևա: Նույնիսկ գրանցված օգտատերերից մեկն էր նկատել. «Անվստահելի են ձեր բոլոր հարցման արդյունքները. ձեզ ինչքան ձայն պետք է, նկարում եք»: Ուշագրավ է, որ մեկնաբանություններում բացառապես կարծիք էին հայտնել «դեմ» արտահայտվողները: Ստացվում է՝ մոտ 600 քվեարկող իբր «կողմ» է նախագծին, սակայն հիմնավոր կարծիք ոչ ոք չի արտահայտել: Սա գուցե նաև տրամաբանական է, քանի որ «կողմ» քվեարկություն կազմակերպելն ավելի հեշտ է, քան փաստարկված կարծիքներ նախաձեռնելը, առավել ևս, որ նախագծի հեղինակներն իրենք են մեկնաբանություններին պատասխանում, որ «յուրաքանչյուր դիտարկում, այդ թվում՝ առարկություն, պետք է հիմնավորված լինի»:

Ի դեպ, նախագծի հեղինակների «եզրակացություն» սյունակում հաճախ կարելի է հանդիպել «դիտարկումը նախագծի հետ որևէ առնչություն չունի» ձևակերպմանը, որը վերաբերում է սուր քննադատություններին: Դրանցից մի քանիսն առանց մեկնաբանության ներկայացնում ենք ստորև. «Հանգիստ թողեք Հայաստանը», «Ջուր մի լցրեք թշնամու ջրաղացին, մի կատարեք նրանց ամեն մի անհեթեթ պահանջը», «Մի նախաձեռնություն առաջ չեք քաշել, որը չէր հակասի Հայաստանի և հայկականության շահերին», «Կլինի դուք անաղմուկ լքեք մեր երկիրը, անբարոներ», «Օր օրի ավելի եմ համոզվում մեր կառավարության ստոր լինելու մեջ», «Միայն ավերում եք, գոնե մի լավ բան արեք» և այլն:
