Հերթական զգուշացումը Ռուսաստանից

Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարար Ալեքսանդր Պանկինը հայտարարել է, թե Ռուսաստանն ԱՊՀ երկրներից ակնկալում է ՄԱԿ-ում հակառուսական բնաձևերի չընդունման հստակ դիրքորոշում։ «Իհարկե կուզեինք, որ Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի բանաձևերի ակնհայտ հակառուսական նախագծերը դիտարկելիս մեր գործընկերներն ավելի հստակ արտահայտեին իրենց մերժողականությունն այնպիսի նախաձեռնությունների նկատմաբ, որոնց հետագա գործողությունների շարան է հետևում, ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանը սևացնելու, այլև ԱՊՀ երկրների հետ օգտակար ու փոխշահավետ համագործակցության զարգացմանը խոչընդոտելու առումով»,- ասել է փոխնախարարը։ Դիվանագիտական այս ձևակերպումները ԱՊՀ երկրների մասով առաջին հերթին վերաբերում են հենց Հայաստանին։ ԱՊՀ երկրներից Մոլդովան և Ուկրաինան վաղուց հստակ թշնամական դիրքորոշում ունեն Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ և չեն թաքցնում այդ հանգամանքը, ընդհուպ հայտարարել են, որ լքելու են ԱՊՀ-ն։ Մյուս բոլոր երկրները նման բանաձևերի քննարկելու ժամանակ նույնական են քվեարկում։
2021 թվականից սկսած մի քանի դրվագներով ոչ միայն ՄԱԿ Գլխավոր ասամբլեայում, այլ նաև ՄԱԿ-ի մարդու իրավունքների խորհրդում և այլ ատյաններում Հաայստանն ակնհայտորեն հակառակ քվեարկություն է իրականացրել՝ մի շարք դեպքերում հրաժարվելով պաշտպանել Ռուսաստանին։ Մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ մի քվեարկության ժամանակ էլ Հայաստանի ներկայացուցիչը պարզապես չի ներկայացել քվեարկության, ապա պատճառաբանել է, թե մեքենան չի կարողացել հանել ավտոտնակից։ Արդյունքում Ռուսաստանի դեմ ընդունված բանաձևերը լուրջ հետևանքներ կարող են ունենալ ու առաջին հերթին ոչ թե Ռուսաստանի համար, որը մեծ կայսրություն է և կարող է ինքն իրեն պաշտպանել, այլ նաև Հայաստանի համար, որն ատամ ցույց տալու իր դրսևորումներում երբեմն անցնում է չափը, ուստի հարկավոր է հստակ ֆիքսել՝ ո՞ւր է ցանկանում գնալ Հայաստանը։
Ի դեպ արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը երեկ հաստատել է, որ Հայաստանը նոր դաշնակիցներ է փնտրում։ Թե ովքե՞ր են այդ դաշնակիցները Միրզոյանը չի նշել, սակայն հայտարարել է, թե Հայաստանի համար ուղղակի պահանջ է 2020 թվականի պատերազմի ողբերգությունից և դրան հաջորդած իրադարձություններից հետո, երբ բախվեցին դաշնակիցների կողմից աջակցության մեխանիզմների անգործության իրավիճակին, նոր դաշնակիցներ փնտրել։
