Հայաստանի 51 դատական նստավայրերից 9-ը կփակվի: Այս մասին հայտնում են Դատական դեպարտամենտից:
Մեղրիի նստավայրը փակվում է բացառապես այս համատեքստում.
«Քանի որ վերջին օրերին շատ է շահարկվել Մեղրիի դատական նստավայրի փակման հարցը՝ ընդհուպ մինչև աշխարհաքաղաքական համատեքստում, հարկ ենք համարում պարզաբանել հետևյալը.
Դատական դեպարտամենտի քննարկումների արդյունքում որոշում է կայացվել Հայաստանի ամբողջ տարածքում գործող 51 դատարաններից 9 նստավայրերի փակման վերաբերյալ՝ Աշոցքի, Տաշիրի, Թալինի, Արթիկի, Մարտունու, Վեդու, Եղեգնաձորի, Սիսիանի և Մեղրիի։
Նշված նստավայրերից Աշոցքում և Մեղրիում տևական ժամանակ չի եղել մշտապես տեղակայված դատավոր, բայց այդ դատարանի շենքերում կատարվել են կոմունալ և պահպանության ծախսեր, իսկ դատական ծառայողները պետական բյուջեից ստացել են աշխատավարձ, բայց մատնված են եղել մասնակի կամ ամբողջական պարապուրդի։
Մյուս 7 նստավայրերում գործել են մեկ կամ երկու դատավորներ, այս դատարանները ևս բավարար չափով ծանրաբեռնված չեն գործել, և տեղի է ունեցել պետական ռեսուրսների ավելորդ ծախս:
Կարևոր է նաև ընդգծել, որ 9 նստավայրերից 8-ն այնպիսի անմխիթար շենքային պայմաններում են գործել, որ պարզապես հարիր չեն դատարանի բարձր դիրքին, և այնտեղ մտնող քաղաքացիների համար վնասում էին դատարանի հեղինակությանը:
Դատական դեպարտամենտը հաշվի է առել այն հանգամանքը, որ ներդրվել են քաղաքացիական դատավարության նոր էլեկտրոնային գործիքակազմեր, որոնց առկայության պայմաններում շատ դեպքերում անհրաժեշտություն չի լինի ֆիզիկապես ներկայանալ դատարան:
Այս որոշման արդյունքում պետությունը կխնայի տարեկան շուրջ 200 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ»,-ասվում է հաղորդագրությունում:
