Կառավարության և Պաշտպանության նախարարության պարտականությունների մեջ է Զինված ուժերի՝ համալիր, ամբողջական հանդերձանքը փոխել, որն այս պահին տապալված է։ Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը։
Նշենք՝ Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտնել է, որ Հայկական բանակի համար նախատեսված նոր համազգեստը հաշվի է առնելու ՆԱՏՕ-ի չափորոշիչները։
«2023-ի հունվարին պաշտոնապես հայտարարել է, հաստատվել է Զինված ուժերի համազգեստը փոխելու ծրագիրը։ Բյուջեի քննարկման ժամանակ պարզվել է, որ այդ ամբողջական համալիր աշխատանքը տապալվել է, մրցույթը չի կայացել, հայտեր չեն եղել, արդյունքում կառավարության՝ «ՀՀ զինված ուժերը 2024-ին ունենալու է նոր համազգեստ» ծրագիրը, ինչպես շատ այլ լայնամասշտաբ ծրագրեր, ուղղակի «ջրվել են»։ Հստակ չէ, ի վերջո «ՆԱՏՕ-ական համազգեստի» չափորոշիչները որո՞նք են, ի վերջո զինվորական համազգեստը պատրաստում ու մշակում են լանդշաֆտի, տեղի, բնակլիմայական պայմաններին համապատասխան․ այդ առումով, ենթադրենք՝ Իտալիայի ՆԱՏՕ-ական համազգեստը և շատ ավելի ցուրտ գերմանական համազգեստը նո՞ւյնն են լինելու, թե՞ ոչ։ Այդ գեղեցիկ խոստումների տակ պետք է իրական գործ թաքնված լինի։ Կառավարության և Պաշտպանության նախարարության պարտականությունների մեջ է Զինված ուժերի՝ համալիր, ամբողջական հանդերձանքը փոխել, որն այս պահին պետք է արձանագրենք, որ տապալված է»,- ասաց պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ այժմ դա անիմաստ հայտարարություն է, որովհետև չկա և չի հայտարարվել մրցույթ, չափորոշիչներ չեն սահմանվել․ «Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը օդի մեջ կրակելով փորձում է հանրությանը հանդարտեցնել։ Ազատ գյուղի ողբերգությունից հետո շատ արագ մամուլում հայտնվեցին իտալական մոդուլային տնակների ներմուծման մասին, որը հիմա, փաստորեն, բոլորը տեսե՞լ են նման տնակներ։ Ամենաբարձրաստիճան սպայակազմի հանդերձանքը որևէ չափորոշիչով միանման չէ։ Նույն ատեստացիայի ժամանակ, որ այդքան գովերգում էին, անզեն աչքով երևում էր տարբեր համազգեստներ էին, տարբեր երանգների էին։ ԳՇ պետը քայլում է, հետը քայլող 10 սպայից 2-ի հանդերձանքը նույնիսկ իրար չի նմանվում»։
