Հայաստանը սահմանազատման քարտեզների հարցով Ադրբեջանի հետ բանակցություններում հետընթաց է նկատում

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը 2023 թվականի սկզբից կառուցողականորեն և բարեխիղճ կերպով ներգրավված է եղել Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության հետ բանակցություններում, որոնք ուղղված են եղել հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը։
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ այս մասին ասել է Արտաքին գործերի նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը՝ ամփոփելով հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորման գործընթացը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ այդ ամենը վերաբերվում է ընդհանուր խաղաղության գործընթացին, բայց նաև խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքմանը, սահմանազատման գործընթացի մեկնարկին, նաև տարածաշրջանում տրանսպորտային և տնտեսական ենթակառուցվածքների ապաշրջափակմանը և վերագործարկմանը։
ԱԳ նախարարի խոսքով՝ հայկական կողմի համար շարունակելու են առանցքային մնալ մի շարք սկզբունքներ։
«Նախևառաջ, Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանը պետք է ճանաչեն միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունը առանց երկիմաստությունների և առանց տարընթերցման տեղ թողնող ձևակերպումների։
Մյուսը՝ երկու երկրների միջև սահմանը պետք է սահմանազատվի Խորհրդային Միության իրավասու մարմինների կողմից իրենց լիազորությունների շրջանակներում կազմված, ամուր իրավական հիմքեր ունեցող պաշտոնական քարտեզների հիման վրա։ Գիտեք, որ մշտապես խոսել ենք 1974-1978 թվականների քարտեզների մասին՝ որպես իմ նշած սկզբունքներն արտացոլող ամենաթարմ քարտեզներ։ Հետաքրքրական է, որ առաջարկ է եղել օգտագործել 1974-1990 թվականների քարտեզներ, այդ առաջարկը եղել է ադրբեջանական կողմինը։ Որոշակի ուսումնասիրությունից հետո ենթադրել ենք, որ կարող է կիրառելի լինել այս ձևակերպումը, բայց առաջ անցնելով նշեմ, որ, օրինակ, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի վերջին հարցազրույցում նույնիսկ ադրբեջանական առաջարկից որոշակի հետընթաց է ենթադրվում։
Հայաստանի համար սահմանազատման գործընթացում առավելագույն հստակությունը և իրավական առումով անխոցելիությունն առանցքային են»,- ասել է Միրզոյանը։
