Ինչո՞ւ փոխել Սահմանադրությունը. Փաշինյանի պոպուլիզմի տակ վտանգներ կան

Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը փոփոխելու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջարկը չափազանց վտանգավոր շերտեր է պարունակում։ Սահմանադրության առաջին տողը խոչընդոտ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նպատակների իրականացման համար։ Այն ամրագրում է Հայաստանի անկախության հռչակագիրը, իսկ դրանով սահմանվել են ազգային նպատակները՝ Արցախի և Հայոց ցեղասպանության վերաբերյալ։
44-օրյա պատերազմում կրած պարտությունից հետո, փաշինյանական վարչախումբը լծվել է թուրք-ադրբեջանական տանդեմի բոլոր պահանջները կատարելու գործին, և բնականաբար, Ադրբեջանը և Թուրքիան ցանկանում են իրավական կարգավորումներ ստանալ և օրենքով Հայաստանին պարտադրել հրաժարվել իր առանցքային նպատակներից և ազգային իղձերից։
Դեռևս անկախության առաջին օրերից Թուրքիան պարբերաբար պահանջներ է ներկայացրել Երևանի դեմ՝ կապված Սահմանադրության նախաբանի հետ, որտեղ խոսվում է Հայոց ցեղասպանության ճանաչման ուղղությամբ աշխատելու անհրաժեշտության մասին, ուստի և գործող իշխանությունների այս քայլը՝ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների փոխարեն ամբողջական սահմանադրություն ընդունելու առաջարկով, միանգամից հարուցեց հանրային լայն շերտերի և մասնագետների դժգոհությունը։ Թեպետ փաշինյանական վարչախումբը սովոր է ցանկացած վտանգավոր առաջարկ համեմել պոպուլիստական արտահայտություններով, դրանք ներկայացնելով իբր հայրենասիրություն և լիրիկական զեղում, վստահաբար այն ինչ առաջարկում է գործող իշխանությունը չափազանց վտանգավոր է և վերջնականապես վերջ է դնելու Արցախի հարցի որևէ կերպ հայամետ լուծմանը, ավելին, ընդհանրապես վերջ է դնելու հայկական Արցախի գոյությանը, այդ թվում իրավական առումով, ուստի հանրային լայն կոնսոլիդացիա է հարկավոր իշխանությունների հերթական դավադրական քայլը ձախողելու և փաշինյանական վարչախմբին իշխանությունից հեռացնելու համար։
