«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
sevastopol.su-ն «Փաշինյանն առաջարկել է վերաշարադրել Հայաստանի Սահմանադրությունը. նորարա՞ր, թե՞ դավաճան» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հերթական նկատառումով է «ուրախացրել» իր հայրենակիցներին: Այս անգամ քաղաքական գործիչն առաջարկել է ընդունել նոր Սահմանադրություն: «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը պետք է նոր Սահմանադրություն. ոչ թե սահմանադրական փոփոխություններ, այլ նոր Սահմանադրություն»,- ասել է նա։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Փաշինյանը մասնագիտությամբ լրագրող է, և նրա իշխանության գալը կարելի է անվանել Հայաստանում ամերիկամետ ուժերի գլոբալ հաղթանակ։ Այդ հաղթանակն, ըստ էության, երկու արդյունք է տվել. նախ՝ Շուշին է «հանձնվել» ադրբեջանցիներին (2020 թվական), ապա ամբողջ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը։ Արդյունքում գրեթե բոլոր հայերը լքել են այդ տարածքը։ Պարզ բառերով ասած՝ մարդիկ բառացիորեն հաշված օրերի ընթացքում կորցրել են իրենց տները, իրենց սովորական կյանքը, իրենց ապրելակերպը: Վերոնշյալը Փաշինյանի արևմտամետ քաղաքականության արդյունքն է, և, որպես տորթի վրայի բալ, մեղադրանքներ են հնչում Ռուսաստանի հասցեին, որն, ըստ էության, միակ ուժն էր, որը մինչև վերջերս զսպում էր Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը։ Եթե վերականգնենք 2023 թվականի իրադարձությունների շղթան, ապա Փաշինյանը նախ հայտարարեց ՆԱՏՕ-ի զորավարժություններին մասնակցելու մասին (դա լուրջ քաղաքական հայտարարություն է՝ Ռուսաստանի դեմ ուկրաինական պատերազմի համատեքստում), հետո ինքնակամ, առանց որևէ քննարկման, փաստացի հանձնեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, որից հետո էլ սկսեց մեղադրանքներ հնչեցնել Ռուսաստանի դեմ՝ իբր թե ռուսները չեն պաշտպանել իրենց: Իսկ հիմա այդ մարդը հայությանը նոր Սահմանադրություն է առաջարկում:
Սարսափելի է անգամ մտածել, թե նա ինչ թեզեր է նախատեսում ներառել Հիմնական օրենքում: Եվ եթե հաշվի առնենք նրա բոլոր՝ երկրին պարգևած «արժեքները», ապա կասկածներ են առաջանում, որ Հայաստանի համար ուղղակի պատրաստվում է դավաճանական կոդեքս։ Կարելի է անգամ փորձարկում անել, վերլուծել Անդրկովկասում «արևմտյան գործընկերների» բոլոր շահերը և տեսնել, թե դրանցից քանիսը (կամ նույնիսկ բոլորը) կարտացոլվեն Հայաստանի օրենսդրության մեջ: Եվ դա, ըստ ամենայնի, անպայման տեղի կունենա։ Իրականում ընդամենը կա երկու հարց. ինչքա՞ն են հայերը հանդուրժելու տեղի ունեցողը, և որքա՞ն կշարունակի գոյություն ունենալ հենց Հայաստան պետությունը՝ հաշվի առնելով ներկայիս վարչապետի ընտրած ուղղվածությունը։ Եվ պետք է ընդունել, որ ապագան բավականին մռայլ է։
