«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ոչ վաղ անցյալի իրադարձությունների մասին «Փաստին» ուշագրավ տեղեկություններ են հայտնի դարձել։ Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը, որը վերջին շրջանում քաղաքական գործունեության հայտ է ներկայացրել և ղեկավարում է «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժումը, պաշտոնից ազատվել է ՀՀ գործող իշխանության համար «անընդունելի» վարքագծի համար. բանն այն է, որ նա միակ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան էր, որ 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմում կրած պարտությունից հետո մեկնել էր Արցախ և հանդիպել պաշտպանության բանակի հրամանատարության հետ։

2021 թվականի նոյեմբերի 6-ին Կարապետյանը Արցախի պաշտպանության նախարար Կամո Վարդանյանի հրավերով մեկնել էր Արցախ, Ստեփանակերտում մասնակցել էր պաշտպանության բանակի ղեկավար կազմի աշխատանքային խորհրդակցությանը, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել էին անվտանգային խնդիրների հետ կապված հարցեր։ Այդ ողջ ընթացքում ո՛չ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ո՛չ նրա իշխանության որևէ այլ ներկայացուցիչ չէր համարձակվել մեկնել Արցախ, իսկ այցերի վերաբերյալ հարցերին խուսափողական պատասխաններ էին տալիս։ Այսինքն, Աղդամն իրենց հայրենիքը կոչող և մինչև պատերազմը պաթետիկ լուսանկարներ տարածող իշխանականները այլևս Արցախ չեն մեկնել։ Արշակ Կարապետյանի այս այցն Արցախ չափազանց մեծ աղմուկ էր բարձրացրել և վրդովեցրել էր փաշինյանական իշխանությանը, ավելին՝ նոյեմբերի 8-ին՝ Արցախից վերադառնալուց արդեն մեկ շաբաթ անց, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Արշակ Կարապետյանին փոխարինեց Սուրեն Պապիկյանով։

Նշենք, որ Բաքուն դատապարտել էր Կարապետյանի այցը Ստեփանակերտ՝ պնդելով, որ «Ղարաբաղի ապօրինի ռազմական խմբավորումների հետ հանդիպումները և հայտարարությունները նրանց մարտունակության մասին, ռազմաքաղաքական սադրանք են»։ Այդ այցից հետո Ալիևն անձամբ էր իր խոսքում սպառնացել Արշակ Կարապետյանին։ Հավելենք, որ մինչ այդ այցը ադրբեջանական ուժերը սկսել էին գնդակոծել Հայաստանի տարածքը, Հայաստանի զինված ուժերը դիմադրություն էին ցույց տվել, կրակել ադրբեջանցիների ուղղությամբ՝ բավականին ծանր կորուստներ պատճառելով նրանց։

Ի դեպ, ուշագրավ մի պատմություն կա Արշակ Կարապետյանի՝ Արցախ կատարած այցի հետ կապված։ Մեր հավաստի աղբյուրը պատմում է, որ անգամ գործող իշխանության շրջանակներում հարգանքով են խոսում այդ դեպքի մասին: Նախարարն Արցախ մեկնել էր մեքենաներով, ընդ որում՝ ձեռքին կրելով նռնակ, և ենթականերին հրամայել էր մեքենան վարել առանց վախի զգացման։ Նա նաև չէր համաձայնել մեկնել ոչ զինվորական համազգեստով, փոխել ավտոմեքենաների համարանիշները և հանել փարոսիկները:
