Որն է եղել Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար Արթուր Հարությունյանի հեռանալու պատճառը

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրել էր, որ Արցախի նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի որոշմամբ օրեր առաջ ԱՀ նոր պետնախարար է նշանակվել քաղաքաշինության նախկին նախարար Արամ Սարգսյանը:
Մինչ այս՝ ԱՀ պետնախարարի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնում էր Ադրբեջանի կողմից ապօրինի կալանքի տակ պահվող, Արցախի նախկին նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի հորեղբոր որդին՝ Արթուր Հարությունյանը:
Ինչպես Արցախի մեր աղբյուրներն էին հայտնել՝ Արթուր Հարությունյանն իր ցանկությամբ է ազատման դիմում գրել: Վերջինս այդ պաշտոնին նշանակվել էր նախորդ տարի՝ սեպտեմբերին:
ArmLur.am-ը այս առնչությամբ մի քանի հարց է ուղղել Արցախի ԱԺ «Ազատ հայրենիք-ՔՄԴ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արամ Հարությունյանին:
-Պարո՛ն Հարությունյան, ինչու՞ Արցախի պետնախարարին փոխելու որոշում կայացվեց հենց այս պահին, տեղյա՞կ եք՝ ինչ խմորումներ են գնում գործադիր մարմնոմ:
-Նախագահ Շահրամանյանն այս մասին դեռ դեկտեմբերին խոսել էր, որ կառավարությունը շարունակելու է գործել հասարակական հիմունքներով, իմ ունեցած տեղեկություններով՝ պետնախարարն էլ հասարակական հիմունքներով է աշխատելու:
-Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ Արցախի արդեն նախկին պետնախարար Արթուր Հարությունյանն իր դիմումի համաձայն է աշխատանքից ազատման դիմում գրել, դուք ի՞նչ տեղեկություն ունեք, ի՞նչ խնդիրներ են եղել:
-Որքանով ես եմ տեղյակ Արթուր Հարությունյանի առողջական խնդիրներն են եղել պատճառը, դրա համար է ազատման դիմում գրել։
-Պարո՛ն Հարությունյան, Արցախի պատգամավորներն այս ընթացքում ինչո՞վ են զբաղված, քննարկում, հանդիպում նախատեսո՞ւմ եք անցկացնել:
-Այս պահին մեր օրակարգում չկա նման բան:
-Իսկ տեղահանված արցախցիների հետ հանդիպումներ կա՞ն, նրանց հետ ի՞նչ աշխատանք է տարվում:
-Աշխատանք տարվում է, բայց առավել համակարգված՝ կառավարության կողմից, իսկ պատգամավորներն ավելի շատ սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ են ինչ-որ քայլեր անում, հստակ կանոնակարգված քայլեր պատգամավորների կողմից չկան, շատ պատգամավորներն իրենք իրենց նախաձեռնությամբ են հանդիպում ունենում տեղահանված արցախցիների հետ։
