ՀՀ աշխատանքային օրենսգրքում կատարված փոփոխությունների արդյունքում նախատեսվել են կարգավորումներ  ամենամյա արձակուրդների ընթացակարգերի պահպանման առնչությամբ։ Նոր փոփոխությունների համաձայն՝ արձակուրդային օրերը տարիներով չօգտագործելու հնարավորություն այլևս չկա։ Գործատուին տրվելու է լծակ աշխատողին արձակուրդ տրամադրել՝ առանց նրա դիմումի։

«Տարիներ շարունակ աշխատանքային օրենսգրքում ամրագրված էր նորմ, ըստ որի եթե դու չես օգտագործում տվյալ տարվա ամենամյա արձակուրդը, ապա կարող ես տեղափոխել առնվազն 18 ամիս և այնուամենայնիվ, օգտագործես այն։ Մենք իրականության մեջ տեսնում ենք, որ շատ հաճախ այդ պահանջը չէր պահպանվում։ Լինում էր այնպես, որ աշխատողները տարիներով չէին գնում արձակուրդ, նույնիսկ 15, 20 տարով։ Մենք ուսումնասիրեցինք իրավիճակը, գործատուները նշում էին, որ աշխատողները դիմում չեն գրել, իսկ աշխատողներն էլ ասում էին, թե ցանկացել են, սակայն գործատուները հնարավորություն չեն տվել։ Մենք առաջարկեցինք փոփոխություն՝ լուծում գտնելու համար»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշել է ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության աշխատանքի և զբաղվածության վարչության պետ Ժորա Սարգսյանը։

Առաջարկվող լուծումը հետևյալն է. 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ից հետո՝ յուրաքանչյուր աշխատողի աշխատանքային տարվա սկսելուց հետո, աշխատողն ունի մեկ տարի իր ամենամյա արձակուրդն օգտագործելու համար։ Եթե ինքը տվյալ տարվա իր ամենամյա արձակուրդը չօգտագործի, ապա իրավունք ունի մինչև 18 ամիս այն տեղափոխելու։ Եթե դրանից հետո էլ չի օգտագործում իր արձակուրդը, դիմում չի գրում արձակուրդ գնալու համար, ապա  գործատուին հնարավորություն է տրվում այլևս առանց աշխատողի դիմումի նրան ուղարկել արձակուրդ։ Սա նոր գործիք է լինելու տրված գործատուին, որ արդեն չսպասի աշխատողի դիմումին։
