Ի՞նչ ընթացք կունենա Սյունիքի անտառների հարցով քրեական վարույթը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Դեկտեմբերին հայտնի դարձավ, որ ձերբակալվել է ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Կապանի բաժնի պետի ծառայության գծով տեղակալը: ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեից լրատվամիջոցներին տեղեկացրել էին, որ նա ձերբակալվել է կաշառք ստանալու կասկածանքով։ Մամուլում տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվել, որ ձերբակալությունն իրականացվել է Սյունիքում անտառներից ապօրինի մասսայական ծառահատումների քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում։ Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, այս գործով անցնում է նաև Կապանի անտառտնտեսության տնօրեն Սասուն Մանուկյանը. ըստ Սյունիքի մեր աղբյուրների, նա ևս իրավապահների կողմից կանչվել է «զրույցի»:
Ի դեպ, հատկապես վերջին շրջանում մի շարք քաղաքացիներ սոցցանցերում պարբերաբար անդրադառնում են Մանուկյանի գործունեությանը՝ իրավապահ մարմինների, մասնավորաբար գլխավոր դատախազի ուշադրությունը հրավիրելով նրա կողմից «ապօրինի անտառահատման գործողություններին և դրանով պայմանավորված ապօրինի հարստացման տեսարաններին»: Օգտատերերը նաև նշում են, որ Մանուկյանը միշտ կարողացել է խուսափել պատասխանատվությունից, իսկ 2023 թվականի ընթացքում իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից երեք անգամ ապօրինի անտառահատման տարբեր գործերով ուշադրության կենտրոնում է եղել, սակայն այդպես էլ պարզ չէ՝ նա ինչ կարգավիճակով է ներգրավված այդ գործերում:
Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, այն հանգամանքը, որ վերջապես իրավապահները սկսել են արձագանքել դժգոհություններին և նախաձեռնել քրեական վարույթ, բավական մեծ ոգևորություն է առաջացրել Սյունիքի բնապահպանների շրջանում: Նրանք նշում են, որ տարիներ շարունակ ահռելի վնաս է հասցվել Սյունիքի անտառներին, ինչի արդյունքում ծանր հետևանքներ են առաջացել, ի մասնավորի՝ նույնիսկ որոշ գյուղերի աղբյուրներ չորացել են:
