Դատարանից ստացել եմ ծանուցագիր այն մասին, որ Մալյանի գործով հերթական դատական նիստը նշանակվել է փետրվարի 13-ին՝ ժամը 14:00-ին։

«Ի՞նչ է ստացվում։ Ստացվում է, որ ոչ ծանր հանցանքի մեղադրանքով կալանավորված անձը շուրջ 50 օր մնալու է առանց դատական նիստի։
Ինչու՞ է այդպես։ Այդպես է, քանի որ՝
1) Մալյանի դեմ եզրակացություն գրած երկու փորձագետները, «видите ли», ուրիշ գործերով ծանրաբեռնված էին ու չէին կարող ներկայանալ դատական նիստի: Այստեղ հարց. էդ ի՞նչ գործով էին «ծանրաբեռնված» փորձագետները, որ ավելի կարևոր գործ էր, քան դատարան ներկայանալու պարտականությունը։ Է՞ս ինչ վերաբերմունք է։ Է՞ս ինչ վարքագիծ է։
2) Դատախազը զբաղվածություն ուներ այլ նիստերով ու չհամաձայնեց, որ հաջորդ նիստը նշանակվեր հունվարի երկրորդ կեսին։ Հաջորդ հարցը. ինչո՞ւ չի ներգրավվում նոր դատախազ, ինչո՞ւ հարգանք չի դրսևորվում ողջամիտ ժամկետում գործի քննության իրավունքի նկատմամբ։
Հանուն արդարության՝ պիտի ասեմ, որ դատարանը փորձում էր նիստն ավելի շուտ նշանակել, բայց նրան դա չհաջողվեց։
Կարճ ասած՝ Մալյանի գործով հերթական դատական նիստը նշանակվել է փետրվարի 13-ին։ Քննարկվելու է կալանքի երկարաձգման հարցը»։
