Հունվարի 18-ին, ժամը 22:16-ին Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Երևանի 7-րդ զանգվածի խաչմերուկի մոտկայքում տեղի է ունեցել ՃՏՊ՝ բախվել են երկու ավտոմեքենա. կա արգելափակված քաղաքացի:
Դեպքի վայր են մեկնել ՆԳՆ ՓԾ Երևան քաղաքի փրկարարական վարչության հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից մեկ մարտական հաշվարկ և Փրկարարական ուժերի վարչության հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի փրկարարական խումբը:
Պարզվել է, որ Դավիթ Բեկ և Հունան Ավետիսյան փողոցների խաչմերուկի մոտակայքում բախվել են «Toyota» (վարորդ՝ Ա. Մ., ծնված 1999 թ.) և «BMW» (վարորդ՝ Հ. Ա., ծնված 2001 թ.) մակնիշների ավտոմեքենաները․ վերջինիս ուղևորն արգելափակված է։
Մինչ փրկարարների կանչի վայր հասնելը՝ վարորդները և «Toyota» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ուղևոր Բ. Դ.-ն (ծնված 1999 թ.) հոսպիտալացվել են բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ տուժածների առողջական վիճակը գնահատվել է բավարար։
Փրկարարները հոսանքազրկել են ավտոմեքենաները, փակել գազի բալոնների փականները, «BMW» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի ուղևոր Գ. Մ.-ին (ծնված 1969 թ.) դուրս բերել արգելափակումից և մոտեցրել շտապօգնության ավտոմեքենային, որտեղ արձանագրվել է վերջինիս մահը:
