«Հրապարակ»–ը գրում է․ «2022 թվականի նոյեմբերի 8-ին Շիրակի մարզում տեղի ունեցած սարսափելի սպանությունից օրեր առաջ ամբաստանյալ Արկադի Բարսեղյանը հեռախոսային զրույցներ է ունեցել սպանված Զարինե Մելիքսեթյանի ամուսնու՝ Սևակ Մելիքսեթյանի, ինչպես նաև նրա հորեղբոր որդու՝ Հայկ Մելիքսեթյանի հետ։ Այսօր դատարանում նման տվյալներ հրապարակեց մեղադրող դատախազը՝ ներկայացնելով ապացույցներն ու դրանց ձեռք բերման ուղիները:
Մեղադրողի խոսքով, խոսակցությունների ու դրանց բովանդակության մասին տեղեկացել են հեռախոսների զննության արդյունքում, ինֆորմացիայի մի մասը ջնջված է եղել, մասնագետները կարողացել են վերականգնել։
«Հոկտեմբերի 24-ին Հայկ Մելիքսեթյանի հետ viber հավելվածով Սևակ Մելիքսեթյանի հետ խոսակցության վերաբերյալ տեղեկություններ են առկա, միաժամանակ այդ խոսակցության ընթացքում Սևակ Մելիքսեթյանի նկարի և կից մերկ աղջիկների լուսանկարների էկրանանկարներ են առկա եղել, որոնք ևս ջնջված են եղել, մասնագետների կողմից վերականգնվել են»,- հայտնեց դատախազը։
Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Արկադի Բարսեղյանը Հայկ Մելիքսթեյանի հետ հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել նաև նոյեմբերի 1-ին։
«Ավելի շուտ հաղորդագրություն է ուղարկել այն բովանդակությամբ՝ պարզելու, թե երբ են Հայկ և Սևակ Մելիքսեթյանը վերադառնալու Հայաստան։ Նոյեմբերի 7-ին, այսինքն դեպքի նախորդող օրը, կրկին հեռախոսազրույց է տեղի ունեցել Հայկ Մելիքսեթյանի ու Արկադի Բարսեղյանի միջև»,- հայտնել է դատախազը։
Նա նշել է, որ գաղտնի քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում ունեն Վրույր Բարսեղյանի ընտանիքի անդամների խոսակցությունները, պայմանավորվածությունները»։
