Ավարտվել է Բյուրեղավան քաղաքի 32–ամյա բնակչի կողմից 20-ամյա համաքաղաքացու սպանության և ևս երեք անձի մարմնական վնասվածքներ հասցնելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը։
ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի բաժնում իրականացված քննության արդյունքում հիմնավորվել է, որ 2023թ․ հուլիսի 17-ին Բյուրեղավան քաղաքի մի խումբ երիտասարդներ իրենց համաքաղաքացու կողմից վարած, որպես տաքսի շահագործվող ավտոմեքենայով գնացել են նույն քաղաքի Զ.Անդրանիկի փողոցում գտնվող հացատուն՝ նշելու իրենցից մեկի՝ 20-ամյա երիտասարդի զորացրման առիթը։
Որոշ ժամանակ անց երիտասարդներից մեկի և նշված ավտոմեքենայի վարորդի միջև հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում ուղևորափոխադրման հետ կապված կենցաղային հարցի շուրջ առաջացել է վիճաբանություն, որը շարունակվել է նույն հացատանը հարակից տարածքում՝ վարորդի՝ նույն քաղաքի բնակիչ հանդիսացող երկու այլ անձանց հետ տվյալ տարածք գալուց հետո։ Վիճաբանությանը միջամտել են նաև վերջիններս, որոնցից մեկը՝ Բյուրեղավան քաղաքի 32–ամյա բնակիչը, գտնվելով ոչ սթափ վիճակում, իր մոտ գտնվող ծալովի դանակով, ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, հարվածել է 4 համաքաղաքացիների մարմինների տարբեր հատվածներին։ Արդյունքում, նրանցից մեկը՝ վերոնշյալ 20-ամյա երիտասարդը, հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվելու ճանապարհին, պարանոցի շրջանում ստացած մարմնական վնասվածքներից և սուր արյունահոսությունից մահացել է, երկու անձինք դեմքի և թևերի շրջանում ստացել են ծանր, իսկ մեկ անձ էլ՝ միջին ծանրության մարմնական վնաս։
Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա Բյուրեղավան քաղաքի 32–ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 166-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով (2 դրվագ) և 167-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով:
Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանքը։
Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է։ Քրեական վարույթի նյութերը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել են դատարան։
