Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում վերսկսվել է Պեմզաշենի դաժան սպանության գործով դատական նիստը։ Գործով դատախազ Արեգ Խաչատրյանը ներկայացրեց վկաների ցուցմունքները։ Ըստ վկա Արմենուհի Ռափյանի ցուցմունքի՝ դեպքի գիշերը Զարինե Մելիքսեթյանի տանից ձայներ է լսել՝ ճիչեր, բղավոցներ, սակայն մտածել է, որ Զարինեն երեխայի վրա է բարկանում։ Բացի դա, Ռափյանը լրացուցիչ ցուցմունքով ասել է, որ Արկադի Բարսեղյանի կինը զանգահարել է իրեն, հանդիպումներ կազմակերպել։ 

Սայաթ Միքայելյանի ցուցմունքի համաձայն էլ` վերջինս ինքն է Վրույր Բարսեղյանին իր մեքենայով դեպքի հաջորդ օրը Արթիկ քաղաք տարել։ Վերջինս նաև ներկայացրել է, որ Արկադի Բարսեղյանի մեքենան ժամանակ առ ժամանակ տեսել է Զարինե Մելքիսեթյանի տան տարածքում։ Մյուսը Գայանե Մելիքյանի ցուցմունքն է, որի հետ դեպքի հաջորդ օրը Վրույր Բարսեղյանը գումարի դիմաց սեռական հարաբերություն է ունեցել։ Վյույր Բարսեղյանը դեպքի հաջորդ օրը գումարի դիմաց սեռական հարաբերություն է ունեցել նաև Արմինե Հովակիմյանի հետ։ 

Արկադի Բարսեղյանն էլ այդ օրերին եղել է թմրանյութի ազդեցության տակ, ինչպես նաև այդ օրերին բջջային հեռախոսում առկա են եղել պատմություններ, լուսանկարներ օնլայն խաղադրույքների վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև պոռնոգրաֆիկ կայքեր է մուտք գործել։ Վրույրն ու Արկադին թվով 49 հեռախոսազանգ և վիդեոզանգ են ունեցել միասին։ Որոշները ջնջել են, սակայն համապատասխան մասնագետների կողմից վերականգնվել են։ 

Հոկտեմբերի 24-ին էլ Արկադի Բարսեղյանը խոսել է ընկերոջ՝ Հայկ Մելիքսեթյանի հետ, որը տուժող Սևակ Մելիքսեթյանի հորեղբոր տղան է։ Հոկտեմբերի 24-ին Հայկ Մելիքսեթյանը մեսենջերներից մեկով խոսել է Սևակ Մելիքսեթյանի հետ, հեռախոսում առկա են եղել Սևակ Մելիքսեթյանի նկարը և կից մերկ աղջիկների լուսանկարներ են եղել։ Հեռախոսազրույցներից մեկի ժամանակ Արկադի Բարսեղյանը Հայկ Մելիքսեթյանից փորձել է ճշտել, թե վերջիններս երբ են ՀՀ վերադառնալու։
