ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի դեսպանը խնդրել է ընդունել իրեն ԱԳՆ-ում

Ռուսաստանի փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը երեկ ընդունել է Ռուսաստանում Հայաստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանին՝ վերջինիս խնդրանքով։ Զրույցի ընթացքում, ըստ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայության, մանրամասն քննարկվել է հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացում տիրող իրավիճակը։
Ռուսական կողմը ընդգծել է այդ ոլորտում եռակողմ աշխատանքի շուտափույթ վերսկսման հրատապ անհրաժեշտությունը՝ հիմնվելով Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների միջև մի շարք պայմանավորվածությունների վրա։
Նախորդ անգամ, երբ Վաղարշակ Հարությունյանին կանչել էին Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարություն, նրան չափազանց խիստ նոտա էին հղել Ռուսաստանի հանդեպ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ոչ բարեկամական քայլերի կապակցությամբ։ Այս անգամ ռուսական կողմը հատուկ ընդգծում է, որ Հարությունյանին են ընդունել նրա խնդրանքով։
Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Հարությունյանը սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ չէ, որ նման խնդրանքով դիմել է, այլ իր ղեկավարի՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանձնարարությամբ։ Տևական ժամանակ Փաշինյանը չի կարողանում իր կամ ԱԳՆ-ի խողովակներով կապ հաստատել ռուսական կողմի հետ, ճշտել նրանց դիրքորոշումները մի շարք հարցերում, իսկ Հայաստանի դեմ չափազանց կոշտ ռուսական գնահատականներն ահաբեկում և հունից հանում են Փաշինյանին։
Առավել ևս վերջին շրջանում, երբ Ադրբեջանն անցել է ակնհայտ ռազմատենչ հռետորաբանության, Փաշինյանը լուրջ վախեր ունի և փորձում է առաջին հերթին իր ապագայի վերաբերյալ պայմանավորվածությունները հստակեցնել ռուսական կողմի հետ։
Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ թեև ռուսական կողմը որևէ կերպ չի նշում հանդիպման արդյունքների մասին, սակայն Հարությունյանի «առաքելությունն» այնքան էլ հաջող չի անցել, նրան հանգամանալից բացատրել են, որ Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների հետ լուրջ խնդիրներ կան և մտադիր չեն հանդուրժել Փաշինյանի և նրա վարչախմբի հակառուսական վարքը։ Կոչ են արել լուրջ եզրահանգումներ անել, որ առավելապես խնդիրները չափազանց վտանգավոր կարող են լինել։
