Լոռու մարզպետ կդառնա նախկին ոստիկանը

Տարածված տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Լոռու մարզպետ է նշանակվելու մի քանի մարզերում ոստիկանապետ աշխատած Արամ Ղազարյանը։

Օրեր առաջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Լոռու և Արմավիրի մարզ այցերից և դպրոցներում շինարարության անորակությունից բողոքելով՝ պաշտոնանկ արեց Արմավիրի մարզպետ Էդվարդ Հովհաննիսյանին և Լոռու մարզպետ Արամ Խաչատրյանին։ Եթե Արմավիրի մարզում մարզպետի պաշտոնի համար որևէ խնդիր չկար, Դավիթ Խուդաթյանը վայելում էր հենց ՔՊ-ի վստահությունը, ապա Լոռու մարզի դեպքում լուրջ խնդիրներ կարող էին ծագել, քանի որ այդ մարզում «Քաղպայմանագիրը» չուներ համապատասխան թեկնածու մարզպետի պաշտոնում նշանակելու համար։

Ինչպես և ավելի վաղ կանխատեսել էինք, մարզպետ է նշանակվելու ուժային կառույցներում աշխատած անձը, ինչպես որ տեղի ունեցավ Վայոց ձորի մարզում, երբ Արարատ Գրիգորյանին փոխարինեց Վայոց ձորի ԱԱԾ բաժնի պետ Կոլյա Միքայելյանը։

Ղազարյանը 2016 թվականից 2,5 տարի եղել է ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչության պետը, ապա պաշտոն է զբաղեցրել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում և Շիրակի մարզում, իսկ անցած տարվա հունիսից ՏԿԷՆ ենթակայությամբ գործող Երևանի ՋԷԿ ՓԲԸ գլխավոր տնօրենն է։

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցությունը և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հասկացել են, որ սեփական ուժերով և կադրերով բացարձակապես չեն կարողանալու որևէ կերպ ազդել թե՛ կառավարման որակի և թե՛ առավել ևս արտահերթ ընտրությունների արդյունքների վրա, ուստի և առաջիկայում փոփոխությունները շարունակվելու են և բոլոր այն մարզերում ու համայնքներում, որտեղ «Քաղպայմանագիրը» չունի ընդգծված, ազդեցիկ ներկայացուցիչ փոխարինվելու և նշանակվելու են ուժային մարմինների՝ հատկապես ԱԱԾ-ի և ոստիկանության ներկայացուցիչներ։

«Քաղպայմանագրի» մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ միայն այս կերպ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հույսեր է փայփայում, որ կկարողանա լուրջ հաջողությունների հասնել արտահերթ ընտրություններում։
