Հունվարի 14-ին խուլիգանության դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արարատի մարզում: Ժամը 00:30-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Արարատի մարզի գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի պարեկները ծառայության ընթացքում Մասիս քաղաքի Հ. Վարդանյան փողոցում «Մասիս Տոբակո» գործարանի հարևանությամբ, կանգնեցրել են Kia մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վարորդը չի ենթարկվել պարեկների «կա՛նգ» հրահանգին, և այն վարել է դեպի Մասիս քաղաքի 8-րդ փողոցի վերջնամաս:
Արդեն այնտեղ պարեկները մոտենում են ավտոմեքենային և վարորդը կանգնում է:
Տեղում պարզվում է նրա ինքնությունը, ով Արարատի մարզի Սայաթ-Նովա գյուղի բնակիչ 35-ամյա Լևոն Սերոբյանն է:
Պարեկները նրան հորդորում են, որպեսզի սթափության զննություն անցնի, սակայն նա հրաժարվում է սթափության աստիճանի զննությունից, և սկսում է հակաիրավական վարքագիծ ցուցաբերել՝ հնչեցնելով հայհոյանքներ, բղավելով պարեկների վրա:
Պարեկները նրան հորդորում են, որպեսզի դադարեցնի հակաօրինական գործողությունները, և ենթարկվի իրենց օրինական պահանջին, սակայն նա շարունակում է չենթարկվել ու հնչեցնել հայհոյանքներ, որից հետո պարեկները նրան խուլիգանություն կատարելու հիմնավոր կասկածանքով բերման են ենթարկել ոստիկանության Մասիսի բաժին:
