Ռուսաստանի դաշնային խորհրդի փոխխոսնակ Կոնստանտին Կոսաչևը երեկ ուշագրավ հայտարարություն է արել, նշել, թե Ռուսասատանի համար շատ ավելի բարդ է հարաբերվել նախկին Խորհրդային պետությունների, քան աշխարհի այլ հանրապետությունների հետ։ Բանն այն է, որ անկախացումից հետո, ըստ Կոսաչևի, յուրաքանչյուր երկիր սեփական շահերն ունի, սակայն նաև ընդհանուր պորտալար Ռուսատանի հետ, մինչդեռ, հատկապես, արևմտյան երկրները ձգտում են նրանց դուրս բերել ռուսական ազդեցության գոտուց։

Ուշագրավ է, որ Կոսաչևը հայտարարել է, թե, օրինակ, «Ադրբեջանի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի պետությունների դեպքում իրավիճակն այնքան էլ վատ չէ, սակայն հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններում դեռևս բացասական դինամիկա է նկատվում։ Ամեն ինչ անզեն աչքով էլ տեսանելի է, Հայաստանի ներկայիս ղեկավարությունը երկիրը հնարավորինս հեռու է տանում Ռուսատանից,- նշել է Կոսաչևը և հավելել. -բայց ինձ թվում է, որ սա ժամանակավոր է, որովհետև Հայաստանին առանց Ռուսաստանի հետ նորմալ հարաբերությունների շատ դժվար կլինի, մեղմ ասած։ Հույսերը, թե Հայաստանը կպահեն նոր արևմտյան ընկերները, շատ պատրանքային են թվում», - ասել է դաշնային խորհրդի փոխնախագահը։

Ռուսական կողմն արդեն տևական ժամանակ մի շարք զգուշացումներ է անում Հայաստանին, Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների քաղաքականությունը գնահատում որպես չափազանց վտանգավոր։ Շաբաթներ առաջ էլ ռուսական պետական «ՏԱՍՍ» գործակալությունը Փաշինյանին համեմատել էր Զելենսկու հետ, նշել, թե իր քաղաքականությունը տանում է գրեթե նույն տրամաբանութան մեջ։ Հայաստանի իշխանություններին այս զգուշացումներն այլևս ոչինչ չեն ասում, նրանք որոշել են փոխել Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական վեկտորն ամեն գնով՝ հաշվի չառնելով ՀՀ շահերը։
