ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունը, հետամուտ լինելով ստվերային շրջանառության դեմ ուղղված պայքարի՝ օրենքով իրեն վերապահված գործառույթների կատարմանը, տեղեկացնում է, որ 2023 թվականի ընթացքում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների, ինչպես նաև վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել են իրացման շրջանառությունների թերհայտարարագրման մի շարք դեպքեր, ինչի արդյունքում պետական բյուջե է վերականգնվել շուրջ 19.2 մլրդ դրամ: Մասնավորապես,
- 2023 թվականին հայտնաբերված՝ «Ակթրեյդ Սոֆթ» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից սպասարկվող տեղեկատվության շտեմարանի (սերվերի) վերծանման, համապատասխան ուսումնասիրությունների, գաղտնի քննչական գործողությունների և համալիր օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում հաստատվել են մի շարք տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների կողմից իրացման շրջանառությունները թաքցնելու հանգամանքներ: 2023 թ-ին ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների, համալիր հարկային ստուգումների և վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում կազմակերպությունների կողմից ներկայացվել են ճշտված հարկային հաշվարկներ` հայտարարագրելով նախկինում թաքցրած հարկային պարտավորությունները, ինչի արդյունքում 13 հարկ վճարողի կողմից վերականգնվել է շուրջ 8․9 մլրդ դրամի լրացուցիչ հարկային պարտավորություն։
- Հետաքննության և օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շրջանակում, ծածկագրված եղանակով իրականացված հսկիչ գնումների, պետությանը պատճառված վնասի նախնական հաշվարկների, հարկային մարմնին ներկայացված հաշվարկներում խեղաթյուրված տվյալներ մտցնելու արդյունքում անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքերով իրականացված ձերբակալումների, դրան ուղեկցող անձնական խուզարկությունների, ինչպես նաև միջոցառումների ընթացքում անհետաձգելի վարութային գործողությունների արդյունքում 13 հարկ վճարողի կողմից վերականգնվել է շուրջ 1.8 մլրդ դրամի լրացուցիչ հարկային պարտավորություն։
- Վարչության ամենօրյա բազմակողմանի և լայնածավալ աշխատանքների արդյունքում, բացի նշված անձանցից այլ հարկ վճարողների մոտ ևս հայտնաբերվել են չհայտարարագրված շրջանառություններ, իսկ չվճարված հարկերի չափը կազմել է շուրջ 8.5 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ, որը վերականգնվել է ամբողջությամբ։
Նշենք, որ հարկ վճարողների անվանումները ցանկերում ներկայացված են վերջիններիս գործունեության ֆիրմային անվանումներով:
