Ադրբեջանում մեկնարկել է նախագահական ընտրությունների ընտրարշավը

Ադրբեջանում մեկնարկել է փետրվարի 7-ի նախագահական ընտրություններում արտահերթ նախագահական ընտրությունների ընտրարշավը՝ առանց առաջատար ընդդիմադիր ուժերի մասնակցության։ Հիմնական ընդդիմադիր ուժերը բոյկոտել են ընտրությունները, պնդել, որ դրանց արդյունքները կանխորոշված են, Ալիևը, սակայն, առանց մրցակից չի մնացել։ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը մասնակցելու նախնական հայտ ներկայացրած 17 գործիչներից բավարարել է 7-ի մասնակցության ցանկությունը։ Մյուսները հիմնականում Ադրբեջանի խորհրդարանի իշխանամետ պատգամավորներ են, որոնք մշտապես աչքի են ընկել Իլհամ Ալիևի հանձնարարությունների կատարմամբ։

Փաստացի Ադրբեջանի նախագահը ցանկանում է արդար մրցակցության պատրանք ստեղծել, իսկ մյուս 6 թեկնածուների հիմնական գործը հենց այդ տպավորությունն ամրագրելն է։ Նույնիսկ չի բացառվում որոշներն ընդդիմադիր դիրքերից հանդես գան և մեղմիկ քննադատեն Ադրբեջանի նախագահին։ Իսկ, որ Ադրբեջանում երբևէ արդար ընտրություններ չեն անցել, պարզ է նույնիսկ 2018 թվականի արտահերթ նախագահական ընտրությունների արդյունքներով։ Այժմ էլ Ալիևը ընտրությունները 2025 թվականի հոկտեմբերից տեղափոխելով 2024 թվականի փետրվար, ընդամենը մեկ հարց է լուծում։

44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո նրա վարկանիշը երկրի ներսում օբյեկտիվորեն աճել է, այժմ էլ Ալիևը ցանկանում է ամրագրել իր ընտանիքի դինաստիական կառավարումն Ադրբեջանում և հնարավորություններ ստեղծել իշխանությունը հետագայում սեփական զավակներին թողնելու համար։ Այդ նպատակով նա վստահության լրացուցիչ քվե է խնդրում սեփական հանրությունից, որից հետո այլևս Ադրբեջանում քաղաքական կյանքն ընդհանրապես դադարեցվել է, իսկ Ադրբեջանը «կվերածվի» միապետության, ինչն իհարկե լուրջ վտանգներ է կրում նաև Հայաստանի համար։

Հսկայական առավելությամբ հաղթելով իր մրցակիցներին Ալիևի լեզուն և ձեռքերն ավելի են երկարելու։
